Every single sequel and spin off to COD:Modern Warfare. MW was somewhat interesting, everything that followed... bleh.

Wow this is like 3 years old but I guess it's better then starting another one. That being said Uncharted. I don't know didn't care for it.

Galactic Civilizations 1 and 2

I like turn based strategy but this game is too slow and it takes way too long to get into.

The Half-life franchise

It's not that great, its not bad but enemies are quite dumb, and while graphics have aged well and animations are amazing, the game is just too.....simple. It feels robust. Little details aren't really taken into account and its just there.

For any game there's bound to be a very sizeable number of people who don't like it. Even if it seems like everyone else is into it, you'll find plenty of people who share your view if you look. The first game that jumps to mind for me on this one is Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I even liked Skyrim, but I tried on three separate occasions to get into Oblivion and played both the PC and console versions, but I could never really enjoy it.

There are way too many to count. Call of Duty, Gears of War, World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, League of Legends, Halo, and it goes on and on.

Half Life 2.
I don't hate it, and I do agree that everyone works I guess, but it just sort of bored me.
And I really, really don't get what people see in the story.

I'd have to go with Crackdown.

I don't know why anyone here likes this game so much, it's boring! combat's generic, there's very minimal story, that commander voice is insanely annoying, and the driving controls are so obnoxious it's like pushing a shopping cart while on meth.

Might be I've already posted in this topic, since it's this old, but here goes:

Fallout 3. I just don't see how people think this game is any good, when the story is so poor (and basically starts in prison again. How original, Bethesda), the dialogue is beyond retarded and the game just isn't Fallout. The series isn't about the Brotherhood vs. the Mutants (or Orcs, rather), but about the rebuilding of civilisation after a nuclear war.

The call of duty series(except the first one and it's expansion pack),world of warcraft(boring),
gears of war, starcraft(but I like strategy games),89% of puzlle games, almost anything with zombies in it,tf2,most "horror" games(also movies),angry birds, most casual games.

As someone who adores Devil May Cry, it was incredibly disappointing

Halo. I've tried to play the first three games two times apiece and every single time I had to give up after a few missions because I was so unbelievably bored.

As far as I'm concerned, the only good thing to ever come from Halo is Red vs. Blue.

Cue a thread of pedants who don't understand hyperbole.

Personally, I never thought too much of Half-Life, or really any Valve game for that matter. They're fairly solid, I just don't quite get what all the fuss is about. There's something about the Source engine that feels a bit cold to me, I don't know why.

I want to add another one, Deus Ex: HR. I have tried several time on both normal and easy, the combat system is wonkey and I keep dying, for some reason I alway miss yet the enemies always hit, it is like the reverse Rambo effect.
