Games finished to 100% completion

I have finished a LOT of games, but the amount of times I have gotten absolutely everything in a game could probably be counted on one hand. When I play through a game, I don't necessarily think of doing all of the small grind missions, especially if it doesn't benefit the game play, and I generally stop after I finish. What games have you guys completed 100%, and is that a priority when you buy games? (obviously this would only be games that have side quests or achievements, but you get the picture I hope)

As for me, the only ones that are memorable are:

Mario 64 (I don't count this because I think everyone has gotten 120 stars)
Windwaker
Majoras Mask
Goldeneye

Donkey Kong Country 2 & 3, Super Mario 64, Goldeneye and Banjo Kazooie/Tooie all spring to mind here, back when I was more obsessed with games than I am now. And had a lot more time on my hands.

Kudos on Ocarina, I gave up on those damned golden skultulas.

It was really hard and time consuming. Getting the biggoron sword was pretty hard too. Got it on my first try though.

Mega Man X and Metroid 3 are the only games that have ever compelled me to do so. RPG's I find pointless as maxing the level cap isn't required when I can beat everything at the magical level 60-70, once you reach that happy area you've won.
