Definitely Jade Empire and a KOTOR 3. Those are two of my favourite games, and I really want a JE 2, probably more than anything right now. Also as said before, we need a Jak 4 and a new Legacy of Kain game. Both of those were left open for a new game, but it's been so many years...

I'm going to say the same thing I say every time this topic comes up and thats NONE! Any truly great game should be able to stand by itself without the need for a bloody sequel. The only possible exception to this is KotORII and that's only because they left so many bloody questions unanswered.

I would really like to see a new Zelda game set in the Majoras Mask world. People complain that the saving the princess mechanic is getting old so why not have it that you are beating some magic masks?

Borderlands (but there is going to be one so I guess that doesn't count)

You could even use the assassin's creed engine
