Not since Super Mario World have I beat a game in one sitting. Even Limbo took me two sittings.

I just can't play video games for several hours straight.

I think I finished Brutal Legend in 6 hours.

That was a game that should have gone on longer. The final showdown came out of nowhere for me. It felt like I was 2/3rds into the game and suddenly...End boss.

i havent done it myself but fallout 1 you can beat it in around 9 minutes if you know what to do.

CoD1 wasn't that fast was it? Granted all the others were so *meh*. CoD2, over in less than 3 hrs, or something stupid like that, and a terrible ending (well, I reckon every WWII shooter I've played has a shit ending, except Sniper Elite).

Myself and a friend completed Gears of War 2 on Hardcore on our first playthough of the game. It took us just over five hours, and that's from buying the game to completing it. Ugh, what a waste of forty quid.

I beat TS3 Future perfect, Homefront, and one other that I forget in one sitting. Zone of the enders I beat about four times in one day once.

I was bored as hell and beat the Rugrats game on PS1 like 3 times in one day. Only took 3-4 hours to finish and you got to play as Reptar in the end :3

My proudest speed-run was the original Banjo-Kazooie (for the N64). A little over 3 hours to 100% the game (that's 100% jiggies, music notes, and secrets).

I beat Bioshock in one sitting. I beat Dirge of Cerberus twice through in one sitting, on different difficulty levels. Both times, it was because one of my friends was over, and she likes watching me play through games like other people like watching movies. She she nagged me to play all the way through since she "wanted to see the ending." D:

I think I recall that I beat Starfox 64 on the alternate route in about an hour and ten minutes. Although it may have been two hours and ten minutes. Anyway, it wasn't very long. Although admittedly, I had played it a lot before, so I knew what was coming, which makes a lot of difference.

Speaking of Star Fox 64 (And time records, I suppose) I managed to shoot down Star Wolf within mere seconds on Fortuna, I had level three lasers from the previous level and I skipped the cutscene where he flies in so I could shoot at him. So I heard "I can't let you do th-" *Pew pew pew pew pew pew* "I...CAN'T...LOSE!" XD

One of the funniest things that's ever happened to me while playing.

OT: Me and my friend did a one-sitting playthrough of Resident Evil 5 when it came out, we stayed up into the wee hours of the night until we beat that thing. Good times.

Super Metroid 5hrs 13 min

there was one game for the PSX(I can't remember the name) I rented and beat in 45 min. God I was pissed when I saw the credits. I wasn't "good", it was just short.

Aside from the Megaman series, the only game I've ever sat down and beaten in one sitting was Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, which I've done quite a few times. In fact right now I'm feeling inspired to do it tonight...

Call of Duty: World at War took me 6 hours. MW2 took me 5 and a half, and Call of Duty 4 took me 7.
(If It Counts) Portal took me 4.

Getting Skies of Arcadia down to about 22 hours was a triumph for me. I should add that I did it without breaking for anything except the bathroom.
