Games Least Deserving Of Their "M" Rating?

Halo 3 and Red Faction Guerilla come to mind when I think about this, but are there any other M rated games that you thought didn't deserve that rating?

EDIT: The "M" rating refers to the 17+ rating in America. I obviously didn't make this clear enough.

In the U.S. where I live M ratings are 17+

Well over here in North America, the ratings we have are Everyone, Everyone 10+, Teen (12-16) and Mature(17+). Oblivion started out as a Teen rated game, but then someone made a mod for the female characters so they could see teh bewbs and the ESRB decided to change it to a Mature rating because of that. This applied to consoles as well, even though you could only get the mod on pc ....

Well Resistance 1 was 18's in Ireland so I'm going with that, the only time you saw an ounce of blood was if you sniped someone.

Not one which is least deserving, but Viva Pinata should have a 17+ / M rating, just because of the canabalism, brutal violence with gardening tools and incest.

Yeah, the U.S. goes:
E which is everyone 3+
E10+ which is, well, everyone 10+
T which is 13+
M which is 17+
AO which is adults only, 18+, which I believe is pointless.

OT: I'd go with Red Faction too, it's really not very violent at all.

Bioshock probably since it might have "A reference" to drug use either that or the poeple are insane. No nudity or violence here. (I think)

No violence? In one of the trailers, you see a drill shoved through your chest and before that a drill is shoved into your hand
There are scenes with people hung up in a crucifixion like manor

Yer but thats a trailer. By violence I mean like bloody and graphic violence there hardly any of that in the game might be one or two parts but its not though the whole game. There are a fair few games which have similar violence to Bioshock and are lower age restriced. I do agree with the hanging people around the place though.

I never got why FFXI was rated T(13+), although I guess it could be to deter parents from buying it for their 6 year old. But still there's no blood and the worst word said by an NPC is either damn or hell.

I disagree, Bioshock is incredibly violent. You beat people to death with a wrench for Christ's sake. Oh and you do see a guy get drilled then thrown face first through a window (which takes several appempts to smash).
Personally I agree with Halo, can't think of any more at this given time
