Quackshot, it had Donald Duck and a plunger gun
I loved this game. Especially how the last half of the game turned into Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

Target Earth was one of my all time favorite Genesis games. It was an R-Type like shooter that had you controlling a guy in a mech suit and blowing up stuff in and out of atmosphere.
Android Assault for the Sega CD was pretty cool too.

The Settlers: a pretty good series about raising a colony.

Army Men: a terrible series of Third-Person Shooters that were only good for a joke

And many people have forgotten some of my favorites, but the one that is the biggest tragedy was Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. It was so fun, and it had a storyline I actually enjoyed playing through.

The part that makes it a tragedy is that Blizzard bought the company that made Metal Arms out, and have actually stated that they have no intention of ever making a sequel.
