Dishonored left me wanting more, which is a very good thing. The world they Created was deep, and beautiful, and while the characters did fall flat at times the rest of the game worked really well. I look forward to more Time in dunwall's plague ridden streets.
While Spec Ops: The Line doesn't need to have one, I would not be remiss if more games in the shooter genre would take the same mature approach to their subject material, it is possible for a military shooter to make us feel more than testosterone and machismo, Spec Ops: The Line is proof.
Red Dead Redemption, This Needs one, the game ended with the potential for one, and i would be disappointed if R* didn't continue the story of Jack Marston.
L.A. Noire. The Game was good, if flawed. It had some great concepts and some amazing intrigue, if only the game's Narrative had been more apparent at the beginning, instead the main narrative happens off screen, only really coming together in the game's last act, which is a shame because i quite like a good tale of murder, corruption and betrayal, and the Glitzy Backdrop of postwar Los Angeles was icing on the cake. Where can a man find the Truth, in a City Built on Lies?
