Games that are funny.

All Earthworm Jim games.
All MDK games.
All Worms games.
All Lemmings games.

Final Fantasy 5 and 6 can only be taken half-seriously, 5 for our quirky heroes and 6 for that and a quirky main villain to boot. Actually, FF9 has alot of funny bits as well, so go with that too.

Persona games 3 and 4 mix the dangerously hilarious with the serious quite well, somewhat true on the first game but not as much the second.

Oh, and Mutant League Football.

Conker's bad fur day was funny. Also the pixar style of Team Fortress 2 makes it funny.

The great mighty poo ftw.

The Banjo Kazooie series were funny until the third one.

Resident Evil made me laugh. Not because of the subject matter, but because of the appalling translation. I could not keep a straight face when I had to guide the Master of Unlocking through all the corridors. Probably the reason why I avoided playing Re games until 4 came out.

I totally agree with conker's bad fur day on 64 (remaked on xbox one if i'm correct)

but i have to had Bard's tales ( i heard of it only though i didn't play. but it seems like it was very distracting.)

you can also add: battlefield bad compagnie at the list which i think did been add on pc...
