Burnout Revenge while listening to some heavy metal.
This except burnout 3 or mayyyybe burnout paradise. Wasn't a fan of revenge but everyone else was so at least someone mentioned a GOOD racing game, not driving in molasses forza crap.

for me? CONDEMNED 1. My god if you can find that I almost shit my pants from that game. I had to pause to go to the bathroom after I got scared

a good game of free for all on MW2 tends to leave me shaking. That and as other people have said, L4D 1/2 on expert IS EVIL!!!

Not anymore but when it first came out Call of duty 1, I can't think of a ww2 game that had me so pumped while i was playing it. MW is good in all but just thinking about the tingling sensation as i blew through nazis was just so good.

Rainbow Six Vegas, the online mode is awesome when you find the right guys and I've yet to find a time when it isn't thrilling to win a match through skill and planning over sheer numbers. Solo Terrorist Hunt is especially awesome, the sheer fact that you could die just in the first encounter plus the need to be both offensive to keep from getting flanked and defensive to make sure you always are in control of the situation, blend seamlessly to create the most pulse pounding experience in an FPS. Add to that a great sound system and the brilliant visual design and you have sheer adrenaline overdose.

Recently though, I'd have to say Bayonetta, especially the motorcycle sequence with the badass remix of the Afterburner theme. I highly reccomend this to anyone.

any cod game, hardcore search and destroy (or just search and destroy in 1 and 2), last guy remaining on your team.

That really gets my adrenaline pumped. Just talking about it makes me want to play.

Bayonetta & Devil May Cry 3 (Devil May Cry 4 also, but only with the Dante Battles.)

Trying to make stylish combos makes my head to a boil.
I really want to get Bayonetta, but I only have a PS3 and I heard that it has some real issues with it. It is quite the dilemma. I need to know if the game really is crippled on PS3. Anyone have it on PS3 yet?

Trails HD, altought it's an arcade game for the 360, I still get a blood pumping rush to keep nailing the god damn tricks and still end in the time limit.
Probably had to redo some tracks a couple of dozen times to get that gold medal for no specific reason what so ever... but still, that silver one just isn' good enough.

Games, where you fight a long boss, who kills you with single hit, cause you screwed up the parts before and you´re health didnt replenish during the cut scene and dying would mean only the humilatation of doing it all over again, cause your last checkpoint was 30min ago in another country!!
First of all, WELCOME TO THE ESCAPIST!

Second of all, and this is just a guess, but I think you probably had the same problem with the infamous Armadillo and Tunnel Worm Bosses from Ninja Gaiden 2 that I did right?

Half-Life 2: The first time I played this, I screamed during the boat segment. From the time I got attacked to when I made it to home base, I was a constant stream of: "AHHH! AHHH! AHHH! AHHH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" When the ramps started coming up, it got even more intense.

Also, the rebellion towards the end of the game led to some really tic-inducing bouts of stress and adrenaline.

More recently, I've been playing Dead Space. And damn. Damn. Pretty much every second has my blood pressure up. Hell, even the loading screens make me paranoid that something will attack Isaac during the tram ride, and when the camera comes back, I get to watch him die in the most brutal fasion...

Back in the day I was playing the Area 6 level in Star Fox 64 where the beginning cutscene displays a couple ships just flying by on patrol when all of a sudden one of the ships just blows to high hell. The patrol leader flips out and screams "EMERGENCY MANEUVERS!" Falco, realizing that the Starfox team is about to fuck some serious shit up, replies "Too late, game over pal!" and then the Starfox team performs the fucking of the shit and completely annihilates the entire fleet of the Andross army. I almost exploded within its badassery.

Watching the cutscene today might not be too exciting, but in the late 90's, it was coolest fucking thing to watch in a videogame in my opinion.

only on the weekends... hey everybody needs a hobby.

Seriously though, I hated those bosses and I was playing on easy mode and they still pissed me off. I especially hated it when I went on Game Faqs looking for a strategy on the worm only to find that the Faq writer said that the boss was so easy and no one should not be able to beat it. It was my 20th attempt when I did this. I ended up trading the game in around the last level where you have to fight three bosses in a row. With little health. And not enough money to afford anything at Muramasa's extortionist stands... I mean shops.

This'll is gonna sound cliche, but... Some levels in Call of Duty: MW2, the levels that do it are as fallows.
Are you sure you want to see this?Last chance, are you sure?Okay, fine. Click here. Near the end of the level Hornets Nest. When you slip off the roof and have to run to the EVAC point, dodging bullets and the like. The begining of Second Sun, right after you get pried out of the wrecage and the EMP hits, all fifteen seconds of it are just action packed, especially when the Ranger dives over the wrecage. And finally, The begining of Loose Ends, the mine scene, just that "Oh, shit" moment gets you going and then all the way up to the house.

Blazblue. Especially when I'm playing online and the next hit is going to decide who wins, and neither player has the Heat necessary to do a special move.

Nothing but a lot of basic attack spamming and blocking. It is intense.

Definitely SFIV for me. The fact that it's just you against another human online gets my blood going. My hands are shaking if it is a close match.
