A lot of them, actually. I'll just list them:

-Half-Life 2: Episode 2. The ending, obviously. It just left me feeling really horrible, especially since Alyx is my favourite character.

-Call of Duty 4. The soldier-nuking bit and the ending. Just thinking about this one tends to make me tear up a bit (it's even happening as I type this).

-Dead Space 2. This mostly has to do with the fact that I can relate to what Isaac is going through with Nicole. Namely, losing a loved one and feeling somewhat responsible even though it's not really your fault. Playing this game actually helped me finally come to terms with those feelings.

-Portal 2. Wheatley. Just, Wheatley. I've never met a character in a game capable of pulling so many different emotions out of me.

And those are just the ones that managed to physically make me cry. Plenty of others have managed to at least make me feel somewhat sad or melancholy. Games in general just seem to have more of an impact on me than other mediums. Also, I feel really sad now after going through that list. So, thanks for that.

(Mild spoilers for Portal 2 and Bioshock)

Portal 2:
WHY COULDN'T I JUST HOLD ON?! IT WASN'T HIS FAULT.
I know! I felt so bad for him at the end. All I could think was "It's okay Wheatley, I forgive you!"

OT: Since everyone has already taken Portal 2 I'll go with Final Fantasy VI. The sense of closure I got from that ending was amazing.

Dragon Age 2 deserves an honorable mention for
the scene where Hawke's mother dies in his/her arms
.

Clicked the spoiler by accident ( hate this laptop )

I now hate you ;-;
Clearly you must see that I am as much a victim in this as you are. I was but a tool, a cog in the devilish plan devised by your vile laptop.

In other words, sorry for that.

Probably all the pokemon games Ive nuzlocked. I know that makes me sound lame, but I honestly don't play story driven games that much.

Would it make me a heartless bastard if I said none? Hearing the audio logs of an infected batarian and seeing his twisted body made me grimace a bit in ME2, but nothing's really impacted me much.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time the end was just terribly tragic, the only way he can save the women he loves is to make her forget he ever existed "Just call me Kakolukia"

and Honestly GLaDOS' song at the end of portal 2 was terribly sad as well.... "goodbye my only friend...."

what can i say i'm a sucker for subtle tragedy.

The one time i tried to do that i got through the whole game and only lost 1 or 2, didn't anticipate how much the elite four were buffed in Fire Red from the original, wiped on the first and i just couldn't make myself release my whole team.... i failed
