Too bad Konami closed the MGO servers, bastards.TelHybrid said:Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence springs to mind.
Updates to Snaker Eater that help improve gameplay a bit, added online multiplayer mode, translated rereleases of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake (and they're the MSX2 versions, not the horrible NES one thank fuck), and well MGS3 in general is the best in the series.
Final Fantasy VII,VIII,IX,X. All have over 30 hours of gameplay in them, definitely worth it. Same with Kingdom Hearts I & II.
Pokémon Silver/Gold, get through the storyline, catch them all, get a powerful team for either Pokémon Stadium 2 or link up matches, if doing all this doesn't consume a lot of time, then you've obviously exploited some glitch or cheated.
To me, apart from obviously the game being good, the most important factor as to whether it's worth full retail price is how much gameplay you get out of it.
Games like Mirror's Edge, Left 4 Dead, Uncharted, and such. Great games don't get me wrong, but no way I would pay more than £25 for one of those games.
Hmm... that's the only downside with console online games. (reeeeally promise I'm not trying to troll here)Fallopian_Faust said:Too bad Konami closed the MGO servers, bastards.TelHybrid said:Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence springs to mind.
