Well, I originally thought the answer to this was Fallout 3/Oblivion, but I picked up my handheld and it turns out that pokemon platinum has the most hours on it. 320 hours and this is my second playthrough.

Defo anything Final Fantasy - well VII/VIII never took half as much time to get everything as it did with X (as most of you have said ) I have over 260+ hours on that.
Anything else will probably be Lost Odyssey, that's got about 80 hours on it atm.

Assassins Creed: because I was told if you find, defeat and collect every thing to reach 100% you would unlock the crossbow you see in the opening scene, Thankfuly I found out that was a load of crap.

Of course a load of RPG's oddly most are from Bioware.

Oh and I never played WOW.
