Games that made you cry

Yourda staying behind had me crying like a wimp but she lived and that had me crying tears of hapiness.

That whole ending sequence was beautiful. It was very touching and emotional.

People actually cry playing video games?! Like because of the content and not because the game has frustrated them to tears?! That's possible?!

No seriously, i don't mean to sound like the asshole i know i sound like, but games can do that to people? The most emotion i've ever gotten was when i was like 10 and pissed as hell at a game. I mean i generally like the characters in games, but i've never been so involved in a game that i've cried. Hell, not even all that sad.

I can only take solace from the fact that I don't know who dies.
Also, on a lot of other forums, the poster would reply instantly with the name of the deceased character, but the Escapist doesn't do that normally.
Yup, most of those problems were solved when Religion and Politics opened.

 

[The Procrastinated End]

The only things that make me cry entertainment wise are football movies that are insperational (I teared up near the end of The Express:The Ernie Davis story when he walked onto the turf of Municipal Stadium and also a lot during The Blind Side), but there are saddening moments to me in video games

In Infamous, when (spoiler warning!!!!!11, look away if you don't want to be spoiled) Trish died, I was pretty sad, not as much as I would have been if I was good the first time, but still pretty sad since it was a shocker. And in COD4:MW, when your American guy dies in the radiation, I was in shock...which was the point, but the execution of it was saddening to a tear jerking almost point for me...

There are more, I just can't think of them off hand...

So the only thiing that makes you cry is sports movies...okay
Anyway a game never really got me to cry because see as how both before and usually after your enjoying yourself to much to just be brought down to crying point.
