Never cried to a game. Don't get emotionally invested in them.
Three movies have made me shed a tear though.

Dragon Age 2 filled me with despair. There is nothing like the murder of a lovingly-crafted story. In the end, everybody dies.

Also, Dead Island made me cry...with laughter. What a mess.

Huh, I was wondering when this would show up again.

The Walking Dead is the only real standout for me. That ending...

Mass Effect 3 came fairly close with the renegade choice on Tuchunka with Mordin.

Any game that made me wish I had my money back. Or Ninja Gaiden 2 for the NES.

None of made me cry, but Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy X, and especially then end of Crisis Core almost made me cry. The Walking Dead didn't bring me even close to crying, but a part in Episode 3 really pissed me off. Duty Calls made me laugh so hard I was almost crying.

Modern Warfare 3. Soap's death, Team Metal's last stand and finally killing Makarov.

Klonoa: Door to Phantomile. That was the first game to make me sob.

HL2: E2. You all know the scene.

Saint's Row 2. Poor Carlos...

The ending of Sly 2

Also, I'm only around 5 minutes into Katawa Shoujo but I can tell that Hanako's path is gonna make me bawl.

Most got already mentioned.

Saints Row 2: both Carlos and Johnys girl.
HL2: E2, i just didn't see that coming.
Bastion: The walk back with the other guy on your shoulders was just to epic
Katawa Shojou: Basically in any playthrough at a certain point
Borderlands 2: Bloodwing :.-(

And ME got me sometimes, i just can't remember which scenes exactly.

Oh, i nearly forgot that one: WC3 classic, the heroic death of Grom Hellscream!

As I've mentioned before, Time Fcuk made me cry for non-event-driven reasons, it made me cry because it's so freaking oppressive and the implications are so utterly awful and the atmosphere is so completely nasty that I just couldn't stand it. Excellent game.

These got me to cry.
1. Final Fantasy 10.
2. Fate Heaven's Feel. (18+) I DARE YOU TO TRY THIS ONE
3. DotA (Tears of Frustration)

These almost got me there. Instead I had difficulty sleeping after I finished the game.
4. Sengoku Rance. (18+)
5. Final Fantasy 9.
6. Princess Waltz (18+)
7. Tsukihime (18+)
8. Fate stay (18+)
9. Monster Girl Quest Chapter 2 (18+)
10. Utawarerumono (18+)

Notable mentions to (I haven't played em and I'm staying away from them cus I hear all my friends cried from this.)
11. Clannad
12. Ever17 -the out of infinity-

I know there were more but I can't think up of any right now. :\
Also I didn't list most of the other games that were huge on emotion for example, "Spec Ops The Line" because instead of tears it was more of a "scared for life" effect.

Demolition Inc. because I really want to play it and every time I try to play it, it crashes for some unknown reason. It actually made me create a Broken Games category in my Steam library. That game makes me a sad panda.

I rarely ever had cried during a virtual activity. The only times I have ever got close were watching pewdiepie finish walking dead (it was oddly the image of pewds crying that made me seriously emmotional). ending of david tennant in doctor who, and the ending of red dead redemption (When you been with a character for a while, you hate to see them go).

Honestly, I've never cried at a game. And I'm not saying I'm some sort of badass, just that a game has never made me cry. I played TWD, not really phased. I downloaded To The Moon and played through that specifically because I heard it was very sad and wanted to see for myself, but in the end I was just left with a feeling of "Meh." I wish I had cried at the ending, I almost feel like I missed something. I mean, yeah, okay, it was pretty sad, but nowhere near the level of tear-jerking sorrow that I had been lead to believe. RDR was pretty sad.

Mass Effect 3 almost made me cry when Anderson died, as the camera panned behind them and you saw space. Just the culmination of the past few years, playing and replaying the first two until I had my perfect Shepard to carry over, and then to finally reach the end. But then, of course, it got all weird and stupid and ruined the moment for me with Starchild.

This. I shed a single tear. My psyche was pretty torn up by the end of the game, but damn it, I made it through.
Also:

"You brought this on yourself."
"We were helping."

The true ending of Corpse Party made me cry, it still does whenever I watch it actually. Thanks for the good LP Cry, you legend. A text message notification beep has never been more emotionally moving T-T
Whoo! Another Cry fan! High five! Yeah, just seeing his playthroughs of The Walking Dead and Corpse Party actually made me start crying.

Lets see, what else? Right before the final mission in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days, I remember crying. Also at all three endings of Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, I think. Maybe it was just the first one, I played the characters in order.

Uhhhhh, I think I started tearing up during Primordia, when I thought that Horatio had actually died, the second time. And at the end of Sam and Max: The Devil's Playhouse. That was TRAGIC.

There have probably been more, but I can't think of them. I'm a very sensitive person.

1)Mass Effect 3. Mordin and Legion... Just... Just whyyyyy?!
2)The Walking Dead. Final talk with Clem. Wow.
3)Persona 4: Golden. That game is just full of tears. Tears of joy when Nanako and Ryotaro decided to become a family again. Tears of sorrow when Nanako called out to her father... Tears of FREAKING happiness when Nanako woke up! And tears of nostalgia in new epilogue when Protagonist comes back to Inaba and sees gang.

It's really tough for a game to get me all emotionally riled up, but I can think of a few moments that got me teary eyed.
The very good ending put a nice bitter-sweet bow on the whole story, what with Delta dying but his memories guiding Eleanor.
This games as a whole had an atrocious story, but Piers' death came out of left field. Yeah, it might've been predictable, but I was expecting Chris to kick the bucket. I didn't expect Piers to grow on me like he did.
Fallout 3's ending caught me a little off guard too. I know, might few moments are a little pathetic. I really want to play TWD due to the great things I'm hearing about it.

Honestly, most recent game is Dark Souls. Wasn't balling, but was still tearing up and sniffling. The part that made me?

Finding out the story behind Artorias of the Abyss and his companion great grey wolf Sif. In the original content I killed Sif and it still made me feel terrible, i despise hurting animals in games or IRL. Then I fight Artorias and later on find out that he used his shield to protect his friend sif (who was then only a pup) from being corrputed, which probably lead to him being corrupted himself. That was why his shield arm was so messed up when I fought him. Perhaps the most badass knight in the entire series sacrificed himself to save a wolf puppy..and you kill them both..god dammit

Other games..

ME3
Halo 4
Star Wars: The Old Republic
DA:O

The thing that really gets me is music. This one, this one right here gets me each time. I'm willing to wager a great many of you also have had similar experiences with this man's music. It's Jeremy Soule at his best.
