Well...maybe just one...

...What?

Saints Row the Third gives you a ton of weaponry and vehicles to massacre everything. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon makes you feel like the coolest person of the universe. That is about all I can think of.

Warframe

You basically play as a sci-fi ninja/assassin/mercenary/wizard wahey!
you can cut dudes in half with a single slash of your sword, you can do all inds of acrobatic parkour moves. And "warframe" has different abilities, you can shooting lighting, superjump/run mind control, invisibility etc etc

But, oh man, when you jump onto multiplayer
The rape train has NO brakes!

KOTOR all the way. Malak: sent out the droids and dark jedi! general: will that be enough to stop revan? Malak: Offcourse not! But it might slow him down enough for me to prepare... (probably not the exact quote but thats how I remember it)

If you choose the evil ending. All those forces bowing down to you. Muahahaha.

While the player character is relativley weak, Dark Souls does this for me. Seriously, defeating a boss in that game always feels badass.
Space Marine has already been mentioned. That game encourages you to think of enemies as medkits, and it is awesome.

This far and no Force Unleashed here? Granted that game had it's flaws, but damn if you weren't feeling like a badass there.

Oh and Kingdom of Amalur was pretty fun, the combat was satisfying and very nicely implemented.

If you haven't played the second Prototype yet, it's like the first except everything feels much weightier. There are also more enemies around your power level, which makes those fights a lot more fun. They're other shape shifters like you and they're not like the boring Hunters from the first, where they don't react to hits; you'll kick one flying through a bus and then he'll pounce back at you to rejoin the fight. It can make for some truly epic battles.

Terranigma. Your power grows exponentially with each level you gain, so it takes just a short grind to become more powerful.
Also, you are kind of a God in that game.

You might want to check out Black & White. This game is, literally, about playing god. But I have no idea if it runs on current systems, I haven't played it for a long time. To "fuck shit up", you could play as an evil god who focuses on gaining worshippers by scaring them. You can burn down villages, throw people around and stuff. There are many ways to kill people in that game. It was one of my favorite games as a little girl, in fact. I only played as a kind and merciful god, of course.

The meaning of powerful is too weak when it comes to Asura's wrath, this game is just awesome, a must have for ps3 and xbox 360 owners.

I always felt super powerful while playing the Onimusha games.... I think someone has made a PC version as the first 3 were PS2 era and 4 was an early PS3 release.... Also try the Legacy of Kain games
