I would say a Harvest Moon game. I can just get sucked in by the game's repetitiveness and relax as my virtual farm grows.

Team Fortress 2. Nothing is as satesfying and calming as burning a scout. Followed by an explosion wich gibs him.

The Punisher. It makes me feel invincible and helps blow off steam.

Just pretend that mafia henchman is your do-nothing lab partner or biased Math teacher.

Pokemon Platinum. Guild Wars is nerve-racking (how is Anet gonna screw me over today? Only 3 heroes?) and Warcraft 3 is... well, I have issues with it...(I'm basically afraid to play it because I might do bad).
