MW2 online.......i just can't stand it. it's not even fun most of the time. gears 2 is also this occasionally, because a combination of me not being that great with the shotgun, so i get obliterated, and some poor matchmaking. poor as in me and my lvl 30-ish friends being up against 4 generals and a lvl 75.

WoW is a biggie for me, especially if I'm doing anything that involves other players.

Assassin's Creed 1 and 2... whoever had the idea of putting those damn archers in should be flogged mercilessly for every time I've had one of those assholes shoot me off a roof at a vital moment.

Armed Assault - Particularly online, when getting circle-raped by a Spawn-Camping Helo... 2 minute respawn time is not cool. Anyone who's had this experience will understand how frustrating it is.

Hmm... what else? Oh yes, GTA IV and its Flying-Through-Windscreen thing and Battlefield 2's seemingly psychic players throwing grenades over buildings.

Let's see...I believe like many here, MW2 before, but also Blacksite: Area 51, God of War 1, 2 and 3. Half-life 2, NCAA and Madden games, FF XIII, Red Dead Redemption, huh...I can't think of any others right now but there are plenty of games I've quit. I find that rage quitting helps get past the part I rage quit because of

Not sure about the game, but that may be the most awesome indictment paired with suggested punishment that I have EVER heard.

You sir, are BRILLIANT!

... Or MW2's favela level on veteran.
Damn! Forgot about that! So many attempts and so many attempts where it became a task of run! Dead. Ah. They spawn on that roof now. Run! Dead. Window opens. Run! Dead. Different roof.

*Sigh* Ok. Off.

Modern Warfare 2 and StarCraft 2 are the top offenders that cause me insufferable rage for unknown reasons. I can never combat this rage whenever it comes up, so instead I just go play Dead Space and imagine all the people who beat me with cheap ways as the crew who gets slaughtered, then I get to destroy them piece by piece...

... what? Oh yes, those game makes me pretty mad, um, yeah.

Oh, and Mass Effect 2 on Insanity was... fun... same with MW2's Veteran, and especially now on Dead Space's Impossible modes. Their names for the difficulty level don't joke! (Except Dead Space's Impossible mode. Should be more highly-improbable mode)

Like everybody else said, MW2 (I swear to god I unloaded my whole dam magazine into that mofo). also, any SC2 mode that involves random teams. I have lost too many games because my teammate has no idea what he is doing. Real story: I take my army and destroy both of the enemies with some awesome micro (and some helion>zealot, zergling), and I'm like "dude attack hurry" only to look over and see that my ally has made 2 zealots, a stalker, and 30 photon cannons, 17 (!?!) minutes into the game. I ended up winning that game, but after that I don't play anything but 1v1 or teams if I have friends on.

Recently? Well, I've not played many current generation games, save for SSBB, but that's not really a ragequit game.

That being said, lately I have been playing some nostalgic classics like the original Spyro trilogy (Which in my opinion are better than the more recent mediocre Spyro games), and Spyro: Year of the Dragon has been the game I have been ragequitting the most on.

Specifically, there's a segment after you beat the last boss and after you collect all the gems and all the dragon eggs in which it allows you to collect an obscene amount of gems in a bonus world. There are, if I remember correctly off the top of my head, three (Correct me if I'm wrong, please) minigames you need to complete to get all the final gems.

There's one that is, to put it bluntly, impossible to complete without cheating a bit. Earlier in the game, there is a skateboard racing minigame where you race against Rhynocs and you're required to get first place to get an egg. The minigame in the bonus world is basically the same thing, but your opponents, yetis in this case, have full boost at the start, or it seems like it, and you don't.

I have never cursed so much while playing a game. I felt like the Angry Video Game Nerd, only I didn't have a camera to spew at.

I gave up after my hyperbolillionth attempt and almost literally threw my controller at my PS2. After looking up a hint on how to beat the damn yetis, I found that you can stand on a place in which a blue star, the ones that give you a short boost that doesn't add to the boost you fill up with tricks, keeps giving you the powerup and if you wait long enough, you'll have a near endless boost at the start, and that's how I beat that level, and beating the last minigame was a breeze.

Fallout 3: When I've trecked across the wastland or point lookout for several hours only for a message to pop up - Fawkes has died. WTF? but he was just behind me? How did he die? I can't even loot his body for the loot because I have no idea where it is :(. Ok, ok calm down just reload the last quicksave, (me leaving megaton) rage quit.

Battlefield Bad Company 2: Team mates. If they're not shit they seem hell bent on getting me killed. One game that comes to mind - I was happily sniping when a team mate runs and stands in front of my scope, (not spawned off of me just ran to me) which allowed the medic following him to mow us down. In the same game I was sniping and a guy spawned off of me and started firing. I shat bricks and swiched to my pistal trying to see who he was shooting at. It was a tree. Every sniper now pin-points our possition and snipes us. I was pissed and my team mate's reason for shooting the tree was because he thought he saw someone in it.

Modern Warfare 2: Noobtuber? I can deal with. I can play that game too. Campers? Thermal Scope or a RPG will end their streak. Snipers? Time to flank. Tackknife? Trying see them knife me threw my AA-12 as I emty it's extened mags. Shotguns? Hang back and snipe them or granades work a treat.

The one thing on Modern Warfare that would force me to rage quit would be spawn campers. If I get killed I blame myself, but if I'm not even given a chance I just get so pissed.

The helicopter missions in GTA 4 for the pc (terrible contols). After the mission itself is done, even the landig could go horribly wrong so I have to do it all over AGAIN. I don't normaly curse during games, but this one makes my mouth one avalanche of profanity.

Minor BoGT spoiler... natch.

I wasn't even flying at the time....

"Shoot the cables holding the tank!"

I am shooting the *&^))*_^% cables. I AM.

Ah.... where they attach... not the impossible difficult to hit, very thin, moving whilst I'm moving cables..... right.
