Super Mario Bros... No one has ever heard of this game.Woulvain said:So there's a game coming out soon called Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes, on the Wii and PS3 which some of you may have heard of. It's kinda like Dynasty Warriors.
The reason I'm saying all this is the fact that when I was looking up about it I've gone 'hang on I know this game! It's Devil Kings with a new name!'
And I LOVE Devil Kings, its one of my favorite games on the PS2, so this got me kind of annoyed. And none of the reviews or comments or anything I've read about it has even mentioned in passing Devil Kings.
So I started this wondering whether there are any games that people forget about that you love? Or has something similar to what I have told happened before that annoyed you?

Gex. Good fun when I was a kid.[/QUOTE]
I love Gex but I only had Gex 64
At least with all the patches it became playable for more than 10 minute stretches. Awesome game though, I think about it often.Voodoomancer said:Space Empires (5)
So much potential, but so many bugs...

That there was my first video game. I loved that game.dbmountain said:Star Wars: Shadow of the Empire
I really enjoyed that game to be honest. It was a lot of fun, sure there were bugs but it was still good.Mr. Gency said:Well, there's probably a good reason no one remembers this.
I thought the transition to ridiculous was AWESOME. One of the very few twists in a game I did not see coming even a teeny weeny bit. Never played NY though.Sonic Doctor said:I bet you will find a lot of people on here that remember that. Heck, I played it to death for months, though I liked Streets of New York better, though I didn't like that it seemed like every other word out of a pedestrians mouth was fuck. NY was glitchy but it had some of the most hilarious glitches I have seen in a game. LA just got weird with all the Chinese mythology and zombies and stuff, I felt like I was playing a serious game until that point.THEJORRRG said:True Crime: Streets of LA
I would be surprised if many people didn't know about the True Crime games, because come on Christopher Walken was a major voice actor in both games.

I can't really think of many games that might not be remembered, with a place like the Escapist, there is bound to be some that remembers,
