They are making a Beyond Good & Evil 2 (about time!) but whether or not it stands up to the reputation of it's predecessor is another story entirely.

These day's it's so hard to come by a game that warrants a sequel and all of the ones that I believe do already have one.

For the love of god, Jade Empire 2. Such a unique game and setting deserves to be expanded upon.

Couldn't agree more... But it seems Bioware doesn't like being Too awesome... Mass Effect sequels AND a Jade Empire sequel would make their bank accounts too big to manage.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas 2, not GTA4, another San Andreas.

Shenmue 3... Sadly that's unrealistic to dream of.

yeah they are making a Beyond Good & Evil 2, however from what I've read we will have to wait till the PS4 and Xbox 720 before they are going to release it. I would so love a current gen version. sadly that doesn't look like it's going to happen.

Dragon Age 2 as it was, was a piss poor 'expansion' to the series and the story had no real conclusion or over-arching goal.

Since the company Cing had closed down months ago, it saddens me that there won't be a third game to Hotel Dusk and Last Window. It would have made a good trilogy.

Age of Mythology. If only Ensemble wasn't sadly defunct, they could make a sequel with improved graphics, more civs (like Japanese, Persians, etc.), and a decent online play system. If that happened, any doubts I have about the inherent goodness of humanity would be totally erased.

Mercenaries, the series shouldn't have been allowed to die with Pandemic, it needs to be brought back easily the most fun online and offline.


Also i agree with OP Republic Commando i loved this, game and still do and ocassionaly get rehooked on it, it just wasn't marketed well enough and wasn't played but there is a cult following in various places around the web.On Steam for instance, there is a petition to make a sequel and it really needs followers.
