- Any Spyro game after 3
- Any band exclusive Rock Band/Guitar Hero title (Green Day, Metallica etc)
- Def Jam: Icon, possibly the worst sequel ever (that I've played)

I'm gonna have to say Lost Planet 1 + 2. THey were just repetitive in the story side and the multiplayer was bland.

On my list, The fables after Fable : TLC. I mean honestly if they were going to make a seuqel they should have stuck tot he gameplay from the first and improved upon it, rather than discarding it for the new shit system.

There are so many but I will try to keep it short.

Bioshock 2- Bioshock did not need a sequal. Bioshock was not set up for a sequal.
Sorry I have to disagree with you. Despire poular beleif, Bioshock 2 was a good game, a really good game actually with a really nice story to it that actually made me feel intrigued. While I admit it wasn't a GREAT game like bioshock 1 it was still a good title. I love the whole world the game takes place in and I'm glad they didn't let the universe die.

The Brotherhood of Steel carries over from Fallout 3!
That's the east coast BoS, a very different BoS chapter with different ideals and principles.

The BoS in New Vegas are more like the other west coast BoS chapters from the core region (Fallout 1 and 2).

Fallout: New Vegas
replaced the at least creative green color scheme for a generic, brown one. was being a bit too forward with its humor, as if it was saying "see this? this is funny, now laugh" rather than "i'll just leave this here, I guess you can laugh if you like it"
there were too many weapons but not enough variety (which most games seem to be having trouble with)
I felt like i was playing a worse version of Fallout 3, not to mention the fact that it was almost twice as buggy...

**NOTE** I do NOT want a flame war about this, it's m opinion, just leave it at that

On another note, I did like Dark Void, it was a ton of fun
I just wish it was actually done before they released it
So come on Capcom, Dark Void 2! lets do this!

Oblivion. I didn't spend $60 to be bored to death!

Resident Evil 4. I played the three games before it until completion, and was some of the best fun I'd ever had with videogames. Resident Evil 4 took most of the parts I loved from the first three and murdered them in the shed out back.

I won't argue with someone who has the "Suicidal" perk picture as their avatar...
You mean the "Kamikaze" "trait"...I'll stop now.

So do a small remnant of the enclave, but then again, they both (Enclave and BOS) technically come from the games before Fallout 3 (I assume the first, but I never played the older ones).

On topic, I would say the Spyro Games after the third, Crash has had way too many, I feel like the third may have been enough there, Dark Void, Lord of the Rings: Conquest, and even though I do like the fables, I feel like I wish 2 hadn't been made. I loved the first one, the second one had so many setbacks, and the third fixed some of those but had some other problems. I don't know why but something about the combat in the first Fable was more entertaining than the newer ones.

Painkiller: Resurrection- a copy paste of the original game which bugs out incredibly frequently and somehow pulled a shittier storyline out of it's ass then the first Painkiller. Trash-canned that piece of crap about a day after I bought it.
Have you seen overdose? Seriously, it's even worse....

Fable 3, i hate fable three god how i hate it.

why? it abandons what made the first two great.
[sarcasm]

Yep, that's right. Mario galaxy 2 also abandons what made the first one "great". They're just so different.

[/sarcasm]
so yo were'n quite clear

if you're implying there's no differnce of significant value i challenge the depth with which you played any fable title.
one and two know what they were, RPgs with closure they crafted a sense of completion to the hero's journey, more skillfully acomplished by the lost chapters by the application of the arcetype of nordic style prose (Sigurd, Beowulf)or greek epics. a sense of the hero's journey is absent in fable 3 because its about revolution which is deeply about the masses not the individual which is something the english developers failed to capture. fable three was a bastard mix of genres which left behind the hand drawn cut scenes and narrator which in the original and two emphasised the sense of a hero in mythology. plus one and two offered morality as black and white another aspect of the hero in mythology. The shared lineage of the hero is also express ed in environment notably Oakvale and wraithmarsh offering the possibility of the heors journey being inifnite rather than finished by a titatnic battle. the weapon systen in the first two also offered a clearer and more balanced feel of the hero's disciplines and they ultimate mastery overall 3 did not, its combat system was too simplified and the weapons looked too similar to emphasise the individual the hero.

the early Fable games were about the concept of finality expressed through the hero's journey, three does not take this approach. 1 one was Heracles two was Achilles three should have been Alexander, But instead it was a half assed Cromwell.

while i accept the aesthetics have not changed Three felt cluttered in a world expressing concepts which are epigramatic

Neither have I, but the Enclave came in the 2nd game.

World of Warcraft,
The abomination that is Custer's Revenge,
every F.Fantasy after 9,
every movie tie-in ever made,
BattleRaper and anything remotely like it,Daikatana,
Every game Molyneaux told tall tales about,
Operation Flashpoint:Dragon Rising,
Star Wars Force Unleashed series,
Those 3/4 Sports games EA re-releases every year,
Big rigs series,
Leisure suit Larry,
every Sonic rip off al la Bubsy etc,
and any games that dumps on the single player for multiplayer.
Also, pretty much any soulless, cash in sequel which is a mockery of the original, and the fan base, a.k.a Dragon Age 2.
Cheers, That was almost Therapeutic

I liked the original Force Unleashed, though the gameplay was tedious on any difficulty but normal.

I've never understood the reason to create these topics. Every game made in history has a place here, if only to show how not to make a game.

Dislike is not the same as "should never exist"...

I disagree with Halo. It showed how well a FPS on a console can do. Halo 2 showed what an online game can do. Halo 3 (my favorite) pretty much just polished the game and was the best of them all. ODST, was nothing more then a spin off though very well done. And Reach was amazing in generally though it didn't change much. The Halo games have always been perfectly balanced, and had co-op from the beginning. And the enemy A.I is some of the best. Sure team mate A.I its terrible, but enemy is great. Just my tale when ever someone says a bad thing about Halo.

OT: Damnation, I rarely pick on games. But that thing was just complete mess it wasn't even funny.

Games are for story in my eyes, and Halo was okay but just didn't do it, Halo 2 made the story more invigorating but eh... and 3... not too sure.

When combined with the books and other media it becomes a bit better though... a good Sci-Fi example of sorts, but I'm not touching on the horrors of their multiplayer scene.
