I thank you. Really. I do. If I had something to give, I would probably give it to you.
I remember that game from years back, playing it with one of my brothers friends. Whenever I tried to describe the game to anyone, they didn't know what it was.
I had pretty much resigned myself to believing that I had dreamed it, and there was no such game.
I am fairly sure that is the game, so I amn eternally greatful!
WAIT! you mean that one game about cool robot who could transform into bike and that also had co-op campaign?!

Get it here for a third or less of the price of a game that won't even give you as much game. And the picture isn't lying; it does have a demo. Which is also something else that most AAA games won't give you for fear that you'll find out how little there is to their game before they get your money.

I really felt that this game was overlooked:

and all call me crazy on this one, but this was one of the most fun "movie" games I've ever played:

This green rabbit kicked so much ass. Though I have only encountered like 2 other people who have ever played it.
You can increase that number by one, and I'll even <a href=http://www.dosgames.com/g_side3.php>linky you to where you can get the original and the sequel Holiday Hare - shareware and freeware, respectively.

You're welcome. :)

My broadband was installed one month before they took the Chromehound servers down for good. I would pay large sums of cash for a sequel.

Ok, that got me. I was thinking about getting that game for a long time.

It was more the co-op part that I remember, or multiplayer at least where you got to make stuff and it made its way to the enemies base. I hadn't seen anything like it before, and I can't remember seeing anything like it again.

Didn't realise it was forgotten or generally unknown, from what I've seen its quite popular.

Anyway OT: I wouldn't really say its forgotten seeming as how you can get it for free at GoG.com, but still another Tyrian game would be nice. An awesome side scrolling shooter with some awesome music

Also another Dune game would be nice those were a lot of fun, well minus Emperor, I just couldn't get in to that at all.

Shadow of Memories for the PS2.

It may not look like much, but this game has a whole unique style to it. It uses time travel in a really great way. The story is good. Alright, the voice acting can sound a bit silly a lot of the time, but it's part of the charm. And it has a ton of different endings! And it only costs about £1.50 nowadays!

Pharaoh!

I recently got this from GoG after suddenly remembering it existed. I'm having issues getting it to work on Windows 7 but I'll keep at it.

Also, most of the other games I've got from GoG.
Populous the Beginning especially.
as for pharoh i know exactly what you mean i played that for so long. id suggest picking up children of the nile. its more detailed and made by the same guys.
Thanks. I might look into that. I want Pharaoh to work though. The music alone made me nostalgia. Hard.

I'm going to hop aboard the Republic Commando train.
Seriously (at least in my opinion), it was maybe the best Star Wars game ever.
Yes, better than KOTOR.
RC is tied at the number one spot with Battlefront 2 and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords (I love writing the whole name), if you're using a restoration mod.

I never played the 3rd, but the first 2 games were fun
And the chances that you are ever going to play the third one is pretty darn slim, since it never got a European release.

Sucks, doesn't it?

Did you know? In the standard asset packages of the Unreal 3 Engine, you can find various cartoony bushes, enemies and even a character model of Jazz (rigged, skinned and textured). So, yeah, if you understand animations and are willing to scrounge the U3 forums for info about UnrealScript and Kismets? You could pretty much make your own Jazz Jackrabbit game.

Quoted for truth.

Also, my vote goes to Legend of Legaia. A JRPG that didn't really get the praise it deserved when it just came out (at the time, Squaresoft was dominating that specific market) - however, these days, it has achieved something of an underground cult status. The game creates a very solid and unique atmosphere. The story is great, despite the often tacky dialogue. The music was beautiful, ranging from melancholic flute segments to primitive drum 'n bass during battle sequences. Speaking of battles, the combat system was one of a kind (constructing some sort of turn-based beat 'em up system) and the monsters had some of the coolest and original designs I've ever seen - despite their simplicity.

It's a pity a lot of the good aspects were lost in the sequel.

I'm going to go on record and just say every game that ended with a cliffhanger. LIKE PSI-OPS. Also Crash Bandicoot could use reanimating from the Naughty Dog studio.

Future Cop:LAPD.

A third person game, published and developed by EA before they succumbed to the dark side, where you control a police force mech that can transform into a hovercar with 4 weapon types and plenty of weapon choices to use within them. Aside from the main singleplayer campaign, it also had a co-op campaign mode and a 2 player versus mode in which you built towers to defend your own base and built tanks and aircraft to reach the other player's. If a second player wasn't present there'd be a CPU controlled aircraft by the name of Sky Captain who would taunt and harass you instead.

I had so much fun playing that game. There were rumours of a sequel but it never came.
There are times that I wonder if my uncle and I were the only people to ever play that game. It was so much fun.

This was a FANTASTIC game I would reccomend to any RPG fan. Likeable characters, great story, interesting world, great soundtrack, and it does everything JRPG do well right. It also has a branching dialogue system that ties in to a title system that changes how some NPCs interact with you and a ship crew recruitment system that affects how a special attack works.

Actually, I remember hearing that when the game was originally released (as Skies of Arcadia on the Dreamcast), someone compared it to the anti-Final Fantasy VII. When Final Fantasy VII came out, the characters got broody, angsty and the game's backgrounds tended to be more futuristic and yet people still use melee weapons when firearms are readily available [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SchizoTech], whereas Skies' characters are usually very upbeat (Drachma being the sole example, and he's got a good reason, play the game and you'll find out) and the tech level of the game, while occasionally futuristic, stays consistently in the realms of Magitech [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Magitek].

TRACK THIS GAME DOWN RIGHT THE HELL NOW. Stop reading this, go buy a Gamecube, find this game on, say, Amazon, and play it. It is awesome.

I knew that they had some models and stuff for a 3D type games, but it never went anywhere because no one would publish it for them.

I honestly think Chromehounds just never really made it off the ground despite how solid it was. A sad fate for such a fun game.

OT: Army Men... I miss that franchise so much. (1,2, and Toys in Space. Not the newer ones that try to have a reasonable story and fail miserably)

Pokemon Snap...

I love that game. Simple design, and sooo much potential.

And while it is semi-recent, I am PRAYING for a sequel to Dragon Ball Z Attack of the Saiyans.
