I dunno, I'd like to see multiplayer support in ME3, essentially have them be a silent partner, You can essentially replace one of the Main players party choices, or maybe better yet play as one of them. So your friend is playing sheppard and take tali and garrus with (him/her). You then select to play as one of the companion characters. Logisitics can be sorted out later as to wether or not you get to reroll thier skillpoints while you play but the important thing is, the campaign is essentially the same, but you and a friend watch the story unfold while one of you directs it's choices. This probably wouldn't be something pickup groups would have much fun with but actual friends would probably enjoy this. Me and my friends have sat and watched each other play thru single player RPGs, and enjoy watching the story unfold and battles go down. I don't really see how it would ruin it letting me pop a few shots off amid the action. I Think Mass Effect is a particularly strong canidate for this approach as it's AI is pants on head retarted. "I'm TAKING HEAVY FIRE!" well... it might help if you'd duck behind that piece of cover your standing right in front of.
