Shadowrun should never have even been released. That game is a ripe example of how to thoroughly fark up an otherwise great license in some lame attempt to make a quick buck off name recognition attached to patently derivative, uninspired gameplay. *spits*Gamer137 post=9.70171.683010 said:Shadowrun. That game deserves better treatment. Many of the problems with it would have been fixed in a patch, but Microsoft shut them down.
And as stated about, Symphonia was very underlooked, in the same why that noone is talking about Vesperia. I am hammered on it right now. Have not even touched any other game in the last 4 days.
Just Cause isn't bad, but its not horribly engaging, either. The surroundings begin to get incredibly repetitive and dull after about 15 minutes and the size of the map definitely works against it because 90% of the area is full of nothing but bloody trees. There's a handful of unique ideas here and there but overall the sheer blandness which begins to set in after a relatively short period of playing is stifling. It was pretty much rightfully ignored because there's really not alot about it which makes it singularly worthwhile; its just another open-world sandbox shooter.
