I don't think I've ever partaken in any activity that was intrinsicly condusive to sexual intercourse. Seems like no matter what I find myself involved in I still have to leverage my not inconsiderable powers of logic, charisma and glasses to score. And even then I usually find that charisma logic and glasses just get me a conversation - you still have to date for awhile before most people want to have sex (and if you don't, chances are good they've already played circus-seal on everyone you know anyway).
That said, some games are at least slightly more likely to offer you the opportunity to make contact with someone who might possibly want to have sex if things go swimmingly. WoW, with a fairly high population of female gamers along with the whole "multiplayer" thing at least provides a place where one has the potential to encounter a member of the opposite sex with at least one similar interest. Competition is high though, so I'd expect it'd take quite a bit of work to get anywhere with a lady in such an environment.

I think the only game that you MIGHT get laid from is Guitar Hero (or Rock Band, same difference), but that would assume that you're a college frat boy dumping jagerbombs down her throat at the same time.

Don't lead inherently to sex...almost all of them. It's a giant leap between most games and sex.
