Gah, Ninja'd.

OT: Hmm... Digimon. Or at least the games. Now, they MIGHT work, but I doubt they'd be good.

Also, Myst. It's hard even to imagine it.
Well Mass Effect wouldnt as its about one charecters place in events. And as ME is so much about shepard, co-op wouldnt work as it wouldnt be the same being someone else.

However a MMO could work in the universe. Just as long as they dont use Mass Effect in the title.

Story heavy choice affects the world games are hard to make work in co-op, Especially as you have to write two charecters that are equally important. The griefing possibilites are also endless.

Oblivion, Fallout 3, Hitman

Any game with a large, persistent world.

@everyone who wants an Elder Scrolls MMO
You don't. Take Oblivion, add fucktards, and consider how much fun that would be.
It's those same fucktards that makes me wonder just how it is that MMOs are so bloody popular.

Modern Warfare just pisses me off when I get killed over and over, but Final Fantasy I would like to try a Final Fantasy game made specifically for online play.

Yea portal would lose all it's feel if it went multiplayer, i guess co-op could work but when you play with other people in versus gametype you (atleast i) tend to lose focus of the game as a whole and just focus on winning.

Yeh i can see co-op being able to bring in whole new sets of challeges and puzzles. It would be a different game if you had a versus mode.

They already did that with FFXI. It's not that great though, from what I've heard.

And for a bad MMO game?

Pokemon. You'd get the innocent little five year olds playin around with their Bidoofs and Feraligators, and then some fucktards start rompin' around. Oh the lawsuits.

I agree with most of them, but I think a Hitman MMO could be good if set up right. Most of the time you are just a regular person, going around, training your skills maybe or something, but then you take a job for a hit on another player, who may or may not know they are targeted. You can also put out your own jobs so that whoever you want a hit out on doesn't know it was you.

It would need a lot of design work to flesh it out, but the barebones could actually form a very fun game.
