Ragnarok: Fenris' Brood
More or less a game where you play one of the sons of Fenris, and go about staging Ragnarok. It'd pretty much be an RPG/Platformer (think...Okami-ish) where you're tasked with weakening the gods of the Norse religion in preparation for Ragnarok via various deeds like poisoning, destroying some more powerful minions, or instilling lies and deceit.

Some sort of massive MMO where everyone is a pirate and everything is player-run. For Example, if you're captain of your own galleon, every single one of your crew is another player. same with the merchant vessel that you see off in the distance. Same with the guy who mined/processed the goods that are in the cargo holds of that ship. the parots would be NPCs, though.

A DragonLance MMO set timewise to coincide with the beginning of the Chronicles trilogy, but not overly tied to the storyline in the books outside of cool character cameos.
A new Trap Gunner game. I can't be the only one who remembers this awesome direly needed upgrade to the Bomberman formula. Make it even deeper with fully customizable characters and add online play.. *drool*
A Red Ninja Reboot. Such a cool premise, and actually a pretty good game despite all the hate it received. A remake of this but with the time and attention of a solid developer would be amazing.. Team Ninja or Itagaki's new studio redoes Red Ninja? Oh hell yeah.
