There's quite a few:
1: Homeworld 3 - Just think a game with the complexity of Sins of a Solar Empire, but the narrative of the first Homeworld. Relic could do it, but they've jumped on the "license" band-wagon.
2: A Matrix game that doesn't suck like a whore.
3: A remake/re-imagining of Lemmings.
4: Either a decent Wipeout game or a sequel to Quantum Redshift (heir apparent to Wipeout back in the day)
5: Sequels to the following; Netstorm, Claw, Advent Rising, Freespace, Freelancer, Mech Commander, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Heavy Gear, Time Splitters, and Earthbound/Mother.
6: A Halo game that actually brings back that sense of awe, mystery, fun, and epic-ness of the first game.
7: Same as above, but for Perfect Dark
8: Modern remake of Zork
9: A throw-back to the old Turoks, but with current-gen trappings.
[/edit] Just realized, the world could do with some "good" Rare remakes or sequels. I.E. A new, decent Banjo-Kazooie or another Conker's Bad Fur Day.
I'm sure there's more, but I'm too tired to think any. Insomnia sucks.

Doom 4....but carrying over from the original plot. No more 'aliens in space who have been genetically engineered' mumbo jumbo. -_- Oh, and throw in some scarier atmosphere.
Well, Doom 3 was actually a remake of the original game. Complete with hell-spawned critters and all. The whole "genetically mutated" thing was the plot of that God-awful film. Also, last I heard, ID is hard at work on Doom 4 as we speak, which is to be a remake of Doom 2. (After they release Rage, that is)
