A new Soul Calibur game that is actual fun to play and doesn't feature any star wars action figures.
Is in the works now from what I've heard, though I do not approve. Anything the fans have to petition for invaritably sucks.

OT: Generic brown shooter 12.

More of the same please!

EDIT:

Also, a pokemon game with all the pokemon available from the get go (I guess not including legendaries)

Maybe Far Cry 3 should have even less to do with the previous ones than Far Cry 2 did. Let's make it a space alien-shooter.

Also, maybe an enjoyable direct-control swordfighting game, with nothing but one-on-one duels. Kinda like the foundation of Red Steel, but like I said, enjoyable.

A sequel to Magi-Nation that 1) Isn't only released in Japan, 2) Doesn't suck eggs, and 3) reinvigorates the brand and makes people care about it.

M-N has been called "The Firefly of Games" and it's not an unfair comparison; it's a critically-acclaimed darling with a small, loyal, battered fanbase that hasn't been treated well by time. The only bones that the M-N fanbase has gotten recently was the crappy-ass MMO that was about as engaging as wet toilet paper, and a TV series that was as faithful to the games as strapping a live grenade to your chest is beneficial to your health.

If a studio were to snatch up the rights to M-N (it's gotta be hella cheap right now, considering how poorly the aformentioned ventures went), and made a faithful, fun-to-play, and well-marketed revival, I'd hail them as heroes and name my firstborn after them.

First name ' M ' ? Boy or Girl or is ' M ' unisex?

Open world, Bethesda-style Waterworld game. Use the original story, but rewrite most of it. Combat something like Enslaved. Hell yes.

I know no one will agree, but whatever.

I'm sounding like a broken record here but a sequel to Star Wars: Tie Fighter or X-Wing (moar space battles, please).

Straight up. And giant 14 tentacled octopi.
...it makes sense.

Seriously, I'd like the exploration style with a Trip-esque character and a massive world. It could be awesome, if anyone had the balls to really put an effort into it.

Grand Theft Walrus!
Does this feature the main character being a large coastal mammal or, does it involve ' bagging ' baby seals and other fauna as collectibles?

Guess i was kinda confused...everyone else is just throwin out sequels...I have an idea for a game that basically follows the "Super-soldier" plot formula, except the main character is a dog. He could hold light weapons in his mouth and have huge mounted turrets on his back for heavy weapons. Power ups would be doggie biscuits. Oh, and he can talk, what with being genetically engineered and shit...

I want to see a game using the basic idea of Tony Hawk underground 2, but instead of skateboarding do it as parkour
you start off just running around town like a spazz, but then you get invited to some gym that specializes in Parkour and as the game goes on you can go to different gyms at each level to learn different tricks, but do it so that the only way to learn all tricks is to do replays.

How about instead of power-ups you have LSD 'licks' that send your happy parkour fellow into a coloured frenzy of trippy stunts?! Turn the 'spazz' to super-spazz?
