Most definitely. The game was meant for 2D. It just lost everything that made it great when they went to 3D.

Deus Ex 2 and F.E.A.R. Project Origin. Both were sequels I couldn't wait to play only to find out they were mere shadows of their former selves.

FEAR2 Project Origin. That game fucked up what made the series great in the first place, and what made it scary. Now it's just a corridor shooter with bullet time.
