I meant more of games where the entire game had imagery or story involinving it.

I'd almost count the Halo sereis for the forerunner ruins at times.

Vigil Blood Bitterness... while it's not completely related it does draw inspiration from mayan and aztec imagery... but the game just isn't very good...

Well, this is 14 years late, but Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64 has a whole level which is called "Aztec". Truthfully, it isn't very historically correct (That being a space program built in a temple there) but you get a little imagery from there.

As someone else said, Age of Empires 2 has two whole civilizations you could play as (Aztecs/Mayans) but in Age of Empires 3, there is some of it in the campaign as well as single player.

The back end of Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy had some batshit Aztec/Mayan magical whackjob conspiracy shit, if I remember correctly.
I'm not sure, though. I only played it once, and it was ages ago.

Isn't there a bit Aztec in Broken Sword 2? ;)

and The Ball, but I found it to be boring and the hints if you asked for them explained the whole puzzle, not just a bit of it >.<

To add, the entire game must have it, not just one level.

Imagery can mean actual structures or characters, or story on an allegorical level.

Strategy games where you have different playable civs don't count.

Also, it must be relatively recent, in that either for current gen systems, or available on the PC. But you can tell me about past gens games to, if you want.

Gunman: Chronicles

Pretty much the entirety of the environments are pop-culture Aztec in aesthetic, filled with dinosaurs on an alien planet.
