I don't remember any women in Gears of war. Actually, i don't remember much about that game other than big burly men. A womans wet dream right?

All of them appear in the first game.
Also, it's only a wet dream if women are attracted to ugly, foul mouthed, moody and angry assholes. I can't say I know very many who do.
If it's a game with no female characters, I would go with Tetris. Then again, that game doesn't have a male character either.
The original Mario Brothers. Pong was also genderless. I am tempted to say Pac-Man. Isn't Pinky a female ghost?
Someone mentioned sports games, I'm sure those games show female fans in the audience. I played a couple of sports games this weekend. So, I am pretty sure this is true for most sports game. Come to think about it, I remember Tecmo Bowl had cheerleaders in the game.

Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold. That's about the only one I can *really* think of off the top of my head. Maybe the Heretic and Hexen, though admittedly I can't really remember much about the enemies/friendlies in those games.
I was initially thinking Raptor: Call of the Shadows given you play as and fight enemy ships, but you've also got the option to have a female avatar which *technically* counts.
