Neverwinter Nights.
There is SO much content in this game when you get it, but between the multiplayer, creation and user-created modules, i must be nearing 1000 hrs of playtime on the ol bugger.

Call of Duty: Black Ops. It's always different, so it never gets old.
Really? I have the exact opposite experience with that game.

Oblivion, 200+ hours spent on it according to my internal clock. I wish my PC could handle it though, imagine all the mods.

Gothic 1 and 2. Gothic 1 got me into rpgs and even though it doesn't actually have a ton of replay value it's one of my all time favourite games. This can also be said of gothic 2.

Dragon age origins as well. I recently played through it and still love it.

Oblivion, and Mass Effect one and two soon to be three i love seeing how different chat options change the game and then you can import that into the next two games! The Personas are fun to replay differently to.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy and GTA 4, sometimes it's just good to take out your frustration on Liberty City.

Fallout: New Vegas for me.

I think I'm on my 6th playthrough and there are still some quests I haven't done and builds I haven't tried. Currently trying to do Mr. Houses questline, I always end up killing for some reason or another. As much as I like Fallout 3, it didn't give you nearly as much choice.

I absolutely adore replaying the Kingdom Hearts series, especially 1 and 2. Whenever I am bored I put in the disc and either start again or just run around killing things. I will never get sick of that game.

I've put more time than I care to even think about into Dwarf Fortress. So many elaborate fortress, so many deadly traps, and so very, very many dead Dwarves. Good times, good times indeed!

Beat Hazard. A remarkably simple game with no story, just playing asteroids on acid, powered by music. And considering the wealth of music out there every new song is effectively a new level.

As for AAA titles, Dragon Age Origins. Must have done 4-5 characters and thanks to the skip the fade mod I never find it gets too bad. Plus the ending is still on of the best i've ever played. Pity they murdered the franchise with 2.

Team Fortress 2. If I can't think of what to play TF2 never lets me down for a couple of hours of fun.

Tales of Symphonia. I'm still not tired of it after many years, and I've logged at least 500 hours on it combined... No really. My most-used file has about 250 hours of playtime.
