Vanquish. beaten all tactical challenges, with quite a few times slotting into the top 20-30 in the global leaderboards. Also only play "godhard" mode for the campaign, which is a true test of skill.

Halo, actually got Recon armor from that Bungie Vs. World event, stomped Bungie for that stuff :D

Bad Company 2, Medic, M60, 4x scope, with magnum ammunition, I was like a living gun turret, that healed myself and people.

Valkyria Chronicles for sure!, 3rd person platformers (Like the Sly Cooper Series)& the occasional 3rd person multi-player match hot streak. I quite skilled at stealth and theft(huh I just noticed you can't spell stealth with out steal.)

Even though it's an RPG, I feel like I know practically everything about the game, without the use of a stratrgy guide or without too much outside help.
Which one or just in general?

It was fucking insane how good I was at Bad Company 2, like that's the only game I could say I was ridiculously good at. Topping charts every single game, using all 4 classes each match, completing objectives by myself and personally making the lives of every tank or helicopter a living shitfest. All this was on console though.

I'm pretty good at TF2 but nothing spectacular i'm just usually one of the better players.

I was pretty good at Halo 3 multiplayer but Reach fucked me over and now i'm awful.

Better than all my friends at guitar hero but I still can't beat the final sets on expert so I still suck :(

Oh and this old ass game called NBA Ballers idk if anybody remembers it. I am a god at that game.

Little open-source multiplayer game called BZFlag. After I achieved an 11-1 k-d ratio with a score of 300, I basically decided I had won the game.

Seriously, I got insanely good at that game. Comes from playing just it for hours a day for upwards of a year.

Team Fortress 2, it's actually getting too easy. That's the only multiplayer game I ever really showed considerable talent at.

The Mega Man X games. I didn't even really realize it till a friend pointed out one day how I wasn't hardly touching the floor of the level (Dash + jump at the same time makes you leap straight up. I tend to do this repeatedly throughout the level. It's my form of walking really.)

Champions of Norrath: Return To Arms
I know everything about this game. Could pass an exam on it in my sleep.

Mario Kart 64...unstoppable in both racing and battle.

Goldeneye 64...apparently I was the only person in my circle of friends that knew how to straif in that game, allowing me to quite literally run circles around them without getting hit while blowing them away.

I'd say the Mass Effect series qualifies for me in this topic.

Final Fantasy Tactics...hour-for-hour the game that has my 2nd highest amount of personal playtime invested into it. The only game I put more hours into would be WoW. Coincidentally, I wouldn't necessary say that I was "terrifyingly good" at WoW. I played a Warlock and could hold a landmark in the BG's on my own against up to 3 enemies. But being a Warlock was pretty damn easy in that game. :p

Tetris Attack for the SNES...don't think I ever lost a match against another player, ever.

Aliens vs Predator 2 for the PC...truly, I was a terror on the battlefield in this game. As a pred I had mastered the art of moving without revealing your character's outline (simple trick: just crouch and walk). As an alien, I could literally make people scream with fright over their mics as I ambushed them. That was ALWAYS fun. :p

Growing up, I was generally one of the best or the best out of all my friends at the games we played, be it sports games, FPSs, fighters, etc. I think that it was mostly just talent / good reaction times / good awareness of where my dude was / whatever you want to call it. I've definitely started gaming less as I get older since I just don't have the time anymore, but I'm still pretty good (probably the best out of my friends, but not great by any means) at MOBA games like DotA, HoN, and LoL, which are the games I play the most of now.

Notable games that I was really good at:

Halo 1 & 2 multiplayer - back when we would all get together, hook up 4 XBOXs, and LAN Halo, I reined supreme. After 2, we didn't play much anymore, and I never played the multiplayer enough on the other ones to really know the maps.

Super Smash Bros. (original) - I played the crap out of this game, and could beat anyone that I knew pretty easily. I didn't own a Gamecube or Wii, so I haven't played Brawl or Melee very much, so I can't really say how good I was at those.

Tekken Tag Tournament - I can't even count the number of quarters I spent in the arcade playing that game. In my home town, I participated in the tournament held in that game and placed second. I was fairly proficient and could usually beat the game with any combination of two characters, but my main duo was King and Lei Wulong. Yeah, I was that dick that would catch you in a throw combo and just never never never let you go!

I feel adequate at Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, which is way past the mashing I usually do for any fighting game. My favorite drunk person Shun Di is the reason for my performance.

Ooh I have a few N64 games here...

Conker's Bad Fur Day...because it is the shit. There was a while where it was literally the only thing I ever played and I got really good. Me and my friends played some hardcore Conker's, that was our Halo before Halo.

Banjo-Kazooie I've beaten it so many times I can pretty much play the whole game in my sleep.

I also rocked the original Super Smash Bros. with Mario, so much that sometimes my friends banned me from using him :p.

For the racing games there's Diddy Kong Racing, F-Zero GX (the sega gamecube one) and...
// Star Wars Episode 1: Racer //

I also play a mean Annie in League of Legends (at least I like to think so anyways lol :p)

Lastly, I can safely say that while I'm by no means perfect at Starfox 64, I am damn good.

Star Wars Battlefront 2. I seriously think I could go pro if there was a market for it.
Age of Empires 2. I spent more time with this game then I spent in highschool, mostly because we installed it in the public drive and I played it at school as well as at home.
Halo 2 My friends started refusing to play it with me about 2-3months before Halo 3 came out. Funny thing is, I'm merely decent at 1 and 3, and I am rather terrible at Reach.
Challenge of the Ancient Empires I was really good at this game, haven't played it since I got a new computer without a floppy drive though :( Played it on two floppys, one with the game, and the other with dos.
Ski Free I could get a large score, AND get away from 2 abominable snowmen after the end before getting eaten.

My best mate says I'm awesome at games but I'm not so sure :/

Once I was finishing a level I'd never played before on super Mario galaxy 2 for my nephew and I was talking to my mum and not looking at the screen sometimes.

She totally freaked out, I didn't even realise I was doing it.

I play most games on the hardest setting even Ninja Gaiden, I got 1890 rating in wow arena with a non constant team (it was so hard to get people who play enough) and I have had a quite a few compliments on many games for how I play like ME3. Last time I did an FPS reaction test I got 98% which I don't think is bad for a 30 year old.

I really don't like acting like I'm awesome though, It makes me uncomfortable.

I was really good at Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, though I had some dumb moments but I can be one hell of an agent if I spent some more time with the game. Also Halo 2, that was fucking fun and I kicked it's ass on Legendary! >:D

I was surprisingly competent with the multiplayer part of Modern Warfare 3. By that, I mean that I can stay alive longer than I originally thought I would.

I LOVE THIS GAME
I'm not terrifyingly good, but my blue tiger could destroy most everything pretty easily with those golden swords you get.
We used to stay up all night long and play this game on a near-monthly basis.

I have a friend that can beat Starfox 64 in 7 minutes, the long way. (not counting cutscenes)
