The Kingdom Hearts games were good.
Also, Modern Warfare 2 (CoD4 as well, to a lesser extent).
Uncharted, both games (especially 2). Usually I spread out the time I play a game over a pretty long period of time, to make it last longer. But with the Uncharted games, I had to play through the entire game in like 2 days. I couldn't stop myself from playing them.

No, not modern warfare, but Mechwarrior 2. Still one of my favorite games of all time!
Valkyria Chronicles, and that is the ONLY game that makes my list because I never got bored, I literally couldn't wait to play it the next day, and it kept me hooked in.
Not to mention it was always immensely satisfying to beat an incredibly difficult mission. (Okay, if you're a pro at the game, there ARE no incredibly difficult missions, but I am a mere noob)
