I remember a game I used to play on my neighbours PC. You were a knight (looked kinda like Cecil from FFIV in his Dark Knight form) and you walked around a forest. Pretty sure its a western RPG. *sigh* im so vague, ill never find it.

Okay, I can actually sorta remember this game, but I can't say I followed the story.

Okay, it didn't really have a story, but whatever.

It was called Vigilante-8, or V8. It was a combat-driving game for the N64 that nobody except my sister and me had ever heard of. You got to choose between a menagerie of cars of varying size, durability, and speed and had to square off against other, different cars, usually by yourself (unless you had a friend or three).

It wasn't a racing game, either, which was the best part for me. :)
It was more like an online Halo game in which you chose a map and had to kill all the enemies before they killed you, except you couldn't leave your car. And the driving didn't suck. It was quite cathartic.

So far, I haven't seen any games like it, and I never hear anyone talk about it anymore. Why? Was it not popular or something? I thought it was awesome.

I remember a game on the N64. Likely a platformer, but don't take my word for it...

Anyway, the artstyle reminds me of DBZ, and I remember there being a huge mountain that tossed boulders at you as you went up (much like Mario 64).

I am 80% sure you are talking about Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, or Goemon's Great Adventure, its sequel. Both of those games are awesome platformers, and have thus far been the latest Goemon games to be released to the US in the series.

Here are the game boxes, correct me if I am wrong:

This game... Oh man, this damn game.
I remember nearly nothing about it. Played it, maybe twice? 10 years ago~

Was around the time of Quake2, and the graphics where crazy good.
Was multiplayer/possibly online, fps. And you started with two hand guns and moved really fast. I do remember there being a lot of lifts/jumping pad things, and possibly playing as a female character.

If anyone can find me this game off of my clearly amazing description, Ill pretty really impressed.
Er...the very first Perfect Dark?

Happy to help. I own both of those games still, and to this day love them to death.

I was so excited when I saw a suggestion, but the wiki says it was a n64 release and I know I played it on the pc.
Thanks though

There was a game I played on what I believe was a PS2 demo disk a long time ago and its been bugging me for years since I wasn't sure what it was; I'll attempt to state all I remeber about it. There were two characters one was a boy who could transform into monsters he killed and the first enemy I remeber getting was a plant like creature; a girl with a hula hoop ring like weapon that I think shoot out bubbles. The boss on the bonus disk was a stone pterodactyl like creature which I belived you then took the form of to fly out of the area. I've been trying to figure out what it was for years now.

Ok, here's a really challenge. It was an apogee-style shareware game in the mid 90's on pc, where on each side of the screen there were four or so dispatch points, where you'd launch little units at the other side, and they could launch units to block yours and attack you. One of the characters was a chicken, and her units were called 'small fry'. Plus i think there was a robot.

Anyone who knows this gets all the kudos i can muster!

Hi guys...
It's been so long since I've started looking for this game, if anyone is up to the task I shall be very grateful.
There were four characters. Ninja and Wizard for sure plus warrior with sword and woman (she could add herself a energy at any point in the game from some sort of magic bottle.
There was a shop in the game, after each level there were different items waiting for every hero. These were fantastic.
Ninja was the only character that could shoot from the very beginning of the game, wizard could open special window and choose his magic ability, I think he had just 2 fireballs at the beginning of the game.
First boss was some sort of jelly thing hanging from the ceiling also coming down to attack you.
This platform game was in the saloon with arcade games, not sure who manufactured it.

I think I found similar game with a word gauntlet in it but it's a pure guess. I just cant say.

Anyone???

I once played a demo of a fighting game where each person had pretty distinct characteristics. They were all human but had powers from really different sources, the demo olnly had two playable characters.. a sort-of (this is from distant memory by the way so dont be afraid to twist this a bit) power rangers- esqe space guy and a girl with a few fairy friends. Some of the attacks were really cinematic and it was on Ps1

someones gotta help me out here

Ok it was for the sega genesis but the graphics were like 20 years ahead of that era. the character was some sort of Green Samus lookin thing, and on that note it played a lot like super metroid. You had some blaster thing, obvious missles, a grappling hook, and the enemies looked like inanimate objects.
If anyone can tell me the name of this i will love you forever!

I've been looking for a few games i played when i was a kid, the first one was lost secret of the rainforest, BUT THE OTHER ONE I CANT REMEMBER HELP!!
All i remember form that gaem was that it started in a cemetery and you could choose if your character was a guy or a girl, you would see your character like the one in GTA san adreas ( 3rd person i tihnk its called ) and one of the characters had a red cape or soemthing. I rememeber werewolfs or something like that would jump out at you from coffins and you had a sword and a gun at the start i believe.. anyone know this?
I played it on a computer and the game was a copy on a diskette, it was in 199...8 i tihnk...
