Max Payne (Xbox)
New Super Mario Bros (Wii), although that isn't much of an accomplishment.

I don't buy games that are finished *that* fast...
I value a good balance between amount paid and amount of fun to be had, and buy accordingly.

People are listing old NES-SNES-Megadrive etc. games, but I don't think they get the idea.
I think the OP wanted to know games you finished in a single, continous sitting.
Super Mario Bros 1 in one sitting, the first time you played it?
I had fun with it for a long time.

Portal. It was short, but what was in that game had been tuned to perfection, so it didn't feel too short. Besides, there's a (now more or less quiet) mapping community behind the game and a number of great custom maps have already been released.

The only game that I've beaten in one sitting is Gears of War 2. And that was only because my brother played it with me. There is no way I can play a single player game for more than 2 hours at a time.

It took only about 50 minutes to complete, and the game was pretty crappy even I was 8 when I got it.

Kingdom Hearts II was the first game I beat in a single sitting, and I beat Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins in a single sitting as well. Generally I tend to not do that though, since I like to take my time with them.

Also getting the worst endings on Disgaea:HoD takes about 30 minutes if you know what to do. I abused the game cycles to make millions to buy expensive gear. 8M for Infernal Armour? I get 16M for each Longinus I sell....
