Wait, seriously!?

Dude, you should have just gone out and bought Viewtiful Joe!

Or you could have burned the game.

WHAT DID THE CUBE DO TO YOU!?
Oh no. I did. In fact, it was the preview of P.N. 03 in Viewtiful Joe that led me to buy it. And no, I honestly didn't like my cube on fire. But oh, I was close.

Tony Hawk's Underground, THUG2,THAW, and Eragon for PS2 are all I can think of at the moment. I usually only do marathons on second playthroughs though, as I like to make my games last.

Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty.
Wow, 6 hours and a few minutes I think. Such a fun game. I don't think I even died once.

CoD Modern Warfare the first one in single player campaign, I was kind of disappointed the game was so short, as I'm not a big fan of multiplayer in general..

Portal, Half Life 2, both episodes, Bioshock, that, was all one HUGE sitting!

I..uh... well, it was a 14 hour long sitting.... I broke my Shin and so couldn't do much else, other games... uhhh... Rainbow six vegas? nothing else leaps to mind.
Bull shit.
Sorry. But Hl2 takes quite a while to finish like first time through it can take more than 5 hours, and then portal which takes a few hours, hl2 episode 1 few hours (4-7 some say), hl2 episode 2 few more hours, and bioshock that can take more than 10 hours alone!

I mean in one review on gamespy it says about Hl2
it took me about sixteen hours to finish the campaign
I call bullshit on your comment sir!

Waaaaaaay back in the day I used to rent games from the local video shop, so I had to go through most of them in one sitting (back in the Master System days). One day I rented Wonderboy Dragon's Trap and it almost killed me. I stayed up all night, paused it for a couple of hours while I went to a job interview, then came back to finish it. These days I could probably finish that game in a few hours, but back then it was a huge challenge. Now I'm older I won't play any game for more than 2 hours (except Left 4 Dead or something where it would let down the team). I just lose concentration and, more importantly, enjoyment, after about an hour and half.

Batman Arkham Asylum - both me and my bro finished it one after the other no stopping. I just thought there would be checkpoints or stop points but there wasn't any.

Halflife, tag-teamed it with a friend when I was twelve.

Recently, and off the top of my head:
- Modern Warfare 2
- Army of Two
- Call of Duty: World at War
- Wanted: Weapons of Fate
- Maverick Hunter X
- Unreal Tournament 3
- Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
- Clive Barker's Jericho
- Metal Gear Solid 4 (when I skip the cutscenes)
- Each individual chapter of Tales of Monkey Island. I plan on a marathon soon.
- I've almost done this with Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Tremere is easy mode.

And every single game up there I've beaten multiple times. Some of them waaaay too many times.

I don't know if it counts but after buying the TLAD expansion for GTA4 I sat down and managed to complete it within a good few hours, taking a little time out to do the extras aswell. I was quite disappointed but then it was just an expansion. But the promise of a new storyline I was expecting it to be at least half the size of GTA4's story.
