The latest game was actually Bioshock 2. But to be fair, I played this on easy and I rushed through the plasmids and weapon upgrades. I did, however, deal with all Little Sisters.
Usually, I like to play through a game to get an understanding of it all.

I finished MGS4 in one sitting. As the story got more and more confusing I got more and more tired, which made me find it all the more confusing.
Sonic 2, Doom3, and Portal. I think those are the only ones I've done that for. It's a lot harder for me to sit and only play one game for that long now.
System Shock 2 was done in one sitting. Although, in my defence, it was a marathon co-op session and it lasted.. er.. 24 hours.
Don't think I'll be doing THAT again, but I'd be lying if I didn't say it was absolutely sodding AWESOME.

along with episode 1 and portal, my friends and i beat all of halo 3 on legendary and got all the skulls, took at least 7 hours straight

Took me 3 hours, on my first try. I reached the space stage in less than 50 minutes. 2 hours after that, having visited the center of the galaxy, my impression was 'Is this it? That's all? Not even an awesome ending about my creatures ruling the galaxy for eons to come, but a simple well done, now go back and keep doing what you were doing before until your brains dribble out from boredom?Frak this, quit&uninstall and go sell the game.'

resistance 2 on the hardest difficulty. After I finished it, I went to bed, woke up, peeked out of my window, and went to bed again.
