New games are to easy to get 100% on. It's the old games that give you the pride to get 100%. This is probably due to the fact that most of the older games tended to be sadistic about jumping puzzles and having a finite number of lives. My 100%s are

and maybe the most frusterating and evil 100%, the original Crash Bandicoot. That was almost freaking impossible.

Pokemon Blue - You have no idea how long it took to get someone to trade me their god damn Charmander... Squirtle was easy, I convinced someone Meowth wasn't in their version (Blue) and go it. I was an evil child.
Mario 64 - Afterwards I flew into that castle wall hoping to find that the rumors about Luigi were true. They're not by the way.
Super Mario World - If you've never done it, you have no idea how hard it is to fly under a level's goal to reach the secret one.
Mario 2 - at least the GBA version. I got all the hidden coins in all the levels, wasn't that hard.
Pacman CE - at least in terms of getting all achievements, I completed it.
Chrono Trigger - which was fun to do.
Terranigma - collected all the magirock and maxed the progress of all the towns, several times actually.
Harvest Moon on the GBC - Quite easy actually

Super Smash Brothers Melee - Or at least, as close to 100% as you can get in Europe. Thank you for putting trophies in the game you need to unlock with safe files, that you then change in the European version so they won't unlock, Nintendo. Really.
