DMC 3, seriously I've never had this much trouble on a game ever before. But I'm still trying.

Depends on the difficulty, actually. Normal took me 20 hours the first time around. It involved me experimenting on the most viable style/equipment loadout that fits my playstyle (Rebellion + Agni and Rudra with Shotgun and that laser gun thingy, using Swordmaster is my default). Though if you master Royal Guard (something I'm yet to do, you're pretty much untouchable and can 1-hit kill any boss, at any difficulty.

Thanks for the advice, seriously to me Ninja Gaiden 2 on Hard was easier than this.

Trauma Center. The very last mission, a harder version of Savato, was just too hard. The vitals just dropped too fast.

Also Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney and Justice for All. Moe the Clown, in addition to the rest of that damned case, are why I quit.

Oh, and Fallout 3. It just broke my computer with fatal glitches too many times.

I don't think you should count games that you quit because they bored you to death, or just plain sucked.

I've recent experience with a unbeatable game. I bought Mortal Kombat II on PSN - the PS3 online store. Hey, it was just $5 bucks. Now, try as I might, I can't get past the 2nd opponent. Thing is too freaking HARD.

Any fighting game where you have to spam leg sweeps to just survive is a loser, anyway. Or I am for not being able to beat it otherwise (the only way I got past the FIRST opponent).

i dont remember if it was the first boss but it was the twin statues boss. I didn't get into that shooting, sword, whatever mode stuff.

Never quite finished the old megadrive shooter Gynong (not sure I've spelt it right, the one with the angel and the spells on scrolls)

The hardest modes on a few old games beat me every time (Alisia Dragoon springs to mind) even though the normal modes are finishable.

Never managed to finish any of the Silent Hill games because I get so fed up with the controls, which is a pity because the atmosphere of those games is so spot-on.

Any game I didn't finish was because of either the game just being stupid or me being lazy, I'll finish Ocarina of Time one of these days, maybe. Anyway some hard games though I was able to beat despite them being ridiculously hard, Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2, Castlevania (the first one), and a download game from the internet: I wanna be the Guy, hardest game ever!

The original Mega Man and I guess, if it counts, the Water Temple from Ocorina of Time. I had to ask my friend to beat it. Do you know humiliating it is to ask a friend to beat a game for you? Pretty f**king humiliating. If anything, I don't know why I'm telling you this. Although, I did beat the rest of the game.
