reign of fire for the gamecube.that was esentialy my childhood.a movie tie in but my standerds were realy low so i loved it.never got past the 3rd dragon stage though.

I don`t think this one is awful. It`s one of the most underrated ps2 games. I even liked the storyparts where you play historic Rayden. Gladiators, sneaking missions, arena fights, horse races, bossfights, throwing enemy heads and limbs into the audience. I wish i could replay it now.BathorysGraveland said:

Ghostbusters on the Master System. The first part of the game I liked and kept coming back for, but I have no idea why. Seriously, if it were described to me now and I'd never played it, I wouldn't give it a second thought. The second part is just fake difficulty to the point of being absurd, and is deserving of any scorn directed at it no matter how harsh. The third part I never got past, but from what I've seen is just your average Nintendo Hard boss fight, nothing in particular wrong with it, but it's short. I think. Not sure if an ending could be made for it that would be satisfying.

I recall a game on the PS1 known as Rosco McQueen. You play as this firefighter saving people while keeping these robots from setting things on fire. If you didn't control the fires before the temperture gets too high then the building "blows up". Cartoon styled by the way. Had a robot helper too that reminds you of stuff.
WCW vs The World was terribly terrible, but I played it a lot as a wee lad for reasons I still don't understand. The same with WCW Thunder, that one I remember having a few interesting secret characters like an ant and some other oddities.
WCW vs. The World wasn't great, but it laid a solid foundation for future games to build on. Without it, there wouldn't have been great games like WCW Revenge, WrestleMania 2000, or No Mercy.demoman_chaos said:
Thunder had a unique gimmick that I really loved at the time: the ability to alter a character's faction, and change their outfit as well. Jericho in the nWo? Sure. DDP a Horseman? Why not? That alone made the (admittedly awful) gameplay worthwhile.
I don't know why but I have fond memories of Blinx the time sweeper. I think this may be illegal in a few countries.
Final Fantasy 13 is an awful game in my view. Badly told, badlt written story, coupled with boring gameplay was its demise. However, it had charm in its brilliant graphics, good art direction and the confidence with which it told its bad story, and it was enough for me to tolerate the game until this one battle close to the end which finally broke me and made me say "fuck it, this game is not good enough to warrant this kind of effort.
The Mark of Kri. Oh god, that game was immensely fun when I was a kid. I loved the ending boss, which was killed by the character throwing an axe through the dude's head while he was doing his evil dude speech.
I was so hyped for Horizons, but by the time it actually neared release, I couldn't be bothered to care anymore. All the things that made it unique and special seemed to end up on the cutting room floor.Devoneaux said:

I have The Crystal Key sitting on my shelf. I remember it giving me much pleasure and even more absolute terror as a kid, even though I'm fairly sure in retrospect that it was pretty horrible.
Dark Messiah Might and Magic. The plot is awful, the gameplay is nothing special, the characters are unlikeable, the graphics are mediocre for their time, the art design is uninspired, and the levels aren't that special either.
But god dammit, it is so damn funny to kick guys off cliffs and into fires and spike traps and whatnot.
