Only four games that I can recall, two of them PC ports of console games and the other two I got for free.

Silent Hill 4: The Room (the ghosts just got too freaking aggravating, especially when I had to drag Eileen along with me)

Resident Evil 4 (the knife fight QTE with Krauser... funny, I don't remember buying a crappy version of Dragon's Lair)

X2: The Threat (never could make the sound work)

Company of Heroes (I'm just not that good with RTS games, and it annoyed me that once I changed an infantry squad into a mortar/MG crew, I couldn't change them back)

Hah.

I got FEAR 1&2 the day before release, but I haven't opened the plastic wrapping yet.
The first is one of my favorite FPSs of all time. The second is disappointing, but you should definitely try the first if you have it.

Anyway, let's see:
Okami (it's so long!, just beat Nintails and I'm thinking "there's still a game now?")
Legend of Zelda OoT (It's fun, but I can't get into it.)
Metroid Prime (great game, but going after the Artifacts is tedious.)
Splinter Cell: Double Agent (bastardization of one of my favorite series of all time. No thanks)

Portal (Im at glados but the game bugged out, I raged and havent touched it since)

That seems to be the latest games that I haven't finished.

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
and
Metroid Prime 3

I cant stand Chaos theory except when playing it co-op :D
and
I did the first level in Metroid prime 3, then, I was told to drive my ship to one of the places. Took me like 10 minutes to find the ignition lever. Wouldnt you know, It was the only thing I hadnt done (hit most other things more than once). Flying with the metal cover down on the windscreen for the win. Second level: couldnt be fucked. ever.

Shadow Of The Colossus -Haven't gotten around to it.
Super Mario 64 DS -Haven't gotten around to it.
Yoshi's Island DS -Haven't gotten around to it.
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap -Friend has been borrowing it.
Metroid Fusion -Stuck on level
Pikmin 2 -Boss to hard
Donkey Kong 64 -Boss to hard
Donkey Kong Country -Boss to hard.
Gex: Enter The Gecko -Too stupid. To be honest, I don't even know why I still own this game.

Most of these are cheap excuses that could easily be rectified. But I've been too busy playing my new 360 to care about my older games. I'll probably finish these after my 360 loses it's new system smell. Except Gex, I will use the disc to cut my pizza.

Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. A Hero's Farewell still haunts my soul.
Why, what happened there, or how hard the level was?
Yep, the level is utterly stupid. The enemy turtles to hell, there's a huge blockade of impassable electricity across the whole map, and if you try to make even a single air unit, in five turns time the whole map ends up swarming with Antiairs and AAir Missles. Gave up on the 20th try but i still occassionally go back to try it.

There's heaps of games I've not managed to finish off either through hardcore difficulty or just getting bored, but some that have always irked me (for not being able to complete them) from the distant past rather than newer games are:

Megadrive/Genesis

Ecco the Dolphin!
Alien 3
Ghouls & Ghosts

NES

Contra!!!!!!

Loved that game but it did my head in....

Silent Hill 3 - Not scary at all and incredibly boring, didnt even get out of the subway yet.
Silent Hill 4 - Cause i havent finished 3 yet i never touched SH4, had them both for a year now.

Final Fantasy II, V, VI, VIII and X-2 - cause those games are long so i take ages to get round to them.

Fallout Tactics - Came with Fallout 1 + 2 so i wasnt really interested in it but i will get round to it eventually.

Dude, CT is the best Splinter Cell game bar none, and it happens to be one of my favorite games ever. Mind if I ask why you didn't like it?

As for MP3, I can understand having trouble with the ship, but what was so bad about the first planet? (Bryyo, right?)

Lolwut? That level was piss-easy, got through it with an S rank, after getting a few crap ranks (first 3 missions I got an S, 5 next an A, 2 S's, a B, 2 A's and finally an S again at A Hero's Farewell followed by another S, 2 A's and an S, now I'm at chapter 19). You shouldn't bother with land, the sea is the easy route, I just nuked the shit outa them with battleships and aircraft carriers (yes they had AA, but with so many airplanes, enough get through).
Advanced Wars is one of the few games I'm actually really good at, apperantly.

Anyway, the games I haven't finished I didn't finish mostly because they were too repetative: GTA4, Assassin's Creed, Settlers Rise of an Empire. The only exception is Ninja Gaiden 2, I'm too scared to even trý to finish it.
