The Warriors on the PS2 ... nothing relaxes me more then beating up Homeless People and Random Civilians :D
One of the best games I've ever played. King of the Hill was fantastic. Damn that game needs a remake with online play.
wow, "The Warriors Online" would be an insta-buy game for me :p - 10 vs 10 online king of the hill? fck yeah! :D

I usually play something like Portal. That thing always cheers me up. Or, if I'm REALLY pissed, I'll play something with asshole physics, eg Prototype. God that is good at relieving stress.

Paper Mario 2 Thousand Year Door.
That game is so quirky and entertaining it's always hard to keep a frown, especially the tournament level. That level is so much fun, fighting as the Great Gonzales who climbs his way to stardom while solving a mystery on the side scooby doo style. That always makes me smile.

Hitman Contracts or Blood Money.

Nothing calms me down more than running through an opera house gunning down countless innocents and watching ragdoll physics take effect on their bodies.

A bit of KOTOR can relax me.

It's almost like meeting old friends and having a good chat.

In fact any Bioware seems to work, except for that damn Sonic game (which will not be mentioned again)

Portal! That game just makes me happy.
When I?m up for something more serious than that I go replay mafia city of lost heaven.
Dude, ditto on Portal! ^^
That game could probably cool off Hitler after being rejected from art school.

OT: My choices have to be L4D or The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. Shotgunning a single infected from point blank range in the chest always leaves a gaping hole of relaxation and just being the hulk and charging through just about everything you an see never gets old.

It'll always be eternally gratifying to bash a whole bus casually out of your way in the hulk I'll never get over it ^^

GTA: Vice City

Cause I start off pissed, running down any of those characters who look like that guy who turned me down in high school when I asked him out and motorcyclists(cause they are on motorcycles :p). By the end enough 80s pop has seeped into that I'm singing along and happy.

Heart, I died in your arms tonight

GTA IV, there isn't anything more stress relieving than shooting anything that moves or gaining a six star wanted level by firing missles at everything in a helicopter.

I usually just play whatever I happen to be in the middle of playing at the time. However, I do constantly go back to Left 4 Dead 2 or Saints Row 2 with cheats on. I used to play Fallout 3 when I really needed to escape but I've done pretty much everything there is for me to do in that game at this point.

Crysis on easy or normal using only my fists to beat down various vehicles, people and aliens.

Always seems to work.

I don't. I find gameplay footage of Katamari Damacy.

It's impossible to be in a bad mood listening to that.
Ah yes, I forgot about Katamari. That's pretty high up on my list as well. It's not too thinky or challenging and the animation/music is super cheerful. Great stress relief game.

Either some absorbing puzzle game (like Portal) or just some mindless killing (Dynasty Warriors works quite well).

Or yes, something insane like Katamari or Noby Noby Boy.

I hardly play anything when i'm angry. Seeing that i'm so bad at most games, they will only enrage me more as i try to take on challenges and fail due to the original anger.

Robot Unicorn Attack.

Singing along to that song and making explosion noises whenever I blow up a star that's in my way... Something so cathartic about that.

Brb, gonna play it again.
