GoW, any of them. Cause it's easy to work out frustrations when you can rip almost anything in the game in half

just imagine that the person you are angry at is a wretch and just blow him to hell with a shot gun or just a normal locust and just cut through him i think GoW1 is better for all that though its WAY more gory haha

GTA 4. Because my rage turns into other people's when I hide in a house and they're in an attack helicopter. Then I send them taunting messages.

Halo 3: ODST firefight.

I tend to get annoyed by something, it can be something that happened during the day or something someone said or even just some kind of issue that annoys me and then I just play Firefight casually to give myself some mental stimulation to go with what essentially amounts to ranting while gaming. I can actually multitask and rant while playing a video game and I've done it so often that I can actually do exceptionally well now.

Just Cause 2 or InFamous. I go to a bridge and just shove any car stupid enough to pass by me off of it.

Left 4 Dead (shotgun), Street Fighter 4 on easy modes, SimCity 4 (lots and lots of disasters)- Works out frustrations beautifully.

Or if I want to be cheered up, Paper Mario games, World of Goo, or Overlord. (OK, Overlord really serves both purposes, so it's kind of a fix all).

I don't have it on my computer at the moment, but I still opt for postal 2 (subtitle says it all: share the pain). More therapeutic than this game?.. I don't know.

Depends. If I'm angry and want to vent, Prototype or Assassin's Creed 2.

Mass murder can be a good way to release anger.

If I want somethin to relax me and calm me down by cheering me up, Flower. As a good friend once said, "It's the happiest game in the world!"

Yea, as a resident of nyc, I get a kick out of blowing off steam with that game but my wife prefers gta4 for stress relief. So while I throw pedestrians into the sides of buildings, she prefers grabbing a garbage truck to ram cabs and throw grenades at cops. Sometimes she?ll just circle an intersection causing chaos.

I don't play anything violent when I'm upset. I pick up my sega gamegear (the clunkiness of it makes me laugh) and play bubble bobble. Everything is so cute in that game, that even when I die I don't get frustrated no matter how cheap the death. Also that looping music is so cheery, it makes me feel a bit better.
