The Sims 3... I've only played it for a couple of hours and after realizing how unbalanced the time is for my sims to do a single freaking task, where a simple thing as go to pee takes them like 2 freaking hours to do, I just haven't played since then and I completely regret on buying it.

And if consoles also count, I've completely regretted on buying a 360, I was so fucking dissapointed on the thing... I'm a long time PC player and seeing how damn limited the console is, how expensive it is to get all the necessary components to get it working on wireless connection, the Live suscription, the crappy online service it has for multiplayer, the retards who plays it online and the games being so damn expensive...

I should've sticked to the Wii and the PC instead of buying that thing...

Summoner for the PS2. Look brilliant, put it in my PS2, got through the opening cutscene, played for five minutes, put disk back in case, never played it again.
I think I remember that one, does it start off in a village under attack? Sorry for the hazy description, but that's all I remember. But I do know once I got into that game I loved it.

OT: For me
- Modern Warfare 2: After the campaign and Spec Ops were all played through, the multiplayer just had no appeal to me.
- The Bourne Conspiracy: Never really got into it.

Stronghold 2. At first I was like "castle building, super cool!" Then I tried the campaign, and it was like hitting your head against a brick wall.

Wet was OK, a very mediocre and short lived game, but I wish I'd picked it up a month later when it was half the price - didn't even get a good trade in value on it.
Wet: The Sexy Empire? XD That's always the first thing that comes into my mind, when i hear WET in combination with videogames. Either I'm too old, too pervy or both^^

OP: I never regret buying any game, thanks to demos, rentals and sellouts. The closest thing would be me saying, "Well, that could have been much better, if...". Proud gamer for nearly two decades!

I am broke and tend to borrow games more than buy them, or research really hard before spending any money on games.

Black and White 2 - found it in a used game bin for like 2 bucks. I rather liked the first one, so I figured 2 would just be the first one with a graphics upgrade. Right?

Fucking damn thing was like a retarded SimCity. What happened to all the "you are a god" concept?

I could have bought ice cream or something with that money and been alot happier.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow - just couldn't get into it, or the damn Scooby Doo art style.

I'd have to say far cry instincts predator it had shit all for stealth and i'd be seen in trees like a mile away.Kinda defeats the purpose of a stealth game

Facebreaker, thought it was going to be a lot like Ready to Rumble, it wasn't. I'm close to saying Mafia 2 because I just can't aim well, but I seemed to have an epiphany yesterday and have finally got some control of the damn aiming system.

world in conflict sounded kool but was just another command and conquer rip-off
I'm sorry, but I'm gonna have to cut in here. I'm a huge RTS fan, and WiC is NOTHING like any game in the C&C series. In fact, the only thing they have in common is the fact that you order units around.

Saying WiC is a C&C rip-off is like saying that Red Dead Redemption is a Shadow of the Colossus rip-off, because you rid a horse in both games.

WiC was a brilliant game when it came out, and it innovated the RTS genre in a way it badly needed. So, my friend, I know this all comes down to opinions, but you are ultimately wrong.

That I personally bought? Rainbow Six Vegas. Getting sniped through cracks inside crates from across the map is where I draw the line between realism and just plain annoying.

Sims 3. I was so excited because people kept telling me Sims games were great because you could torture your little society... as it turns out, getting to that can take a while and by the time I get to that point, I feel deprived of playing a real game like Left 4 Dead, NwN 2, Portal, Borderlands, SSBB, or SOMETHING!

I think I speak for everyone when I say FUCKING ODST GOD DAMMIT.

Also Modern Warfare 2... I played it a lot, but I feel like I never really had that much fun.
I agree with you on MW2.. Played it, met some people I liked, played a lot more... But dont really like the game itself.

But I quite liked ODST. It was a fair bit too expensive for a expansion like that, but I dont judges games based on that.
And the night-time street-wandering is also very depressing.. Feels like you just missed out on the party, but with a buddy at your side in some split-screen coop I feel it redeems itself.

So you don't speak for everyone ;)

OT:
Total War: Empire
... It feels like a full priced beta to Napolion, both bug-vise and content.
And Spore... Damn...
