Right, so, all those years ago, when this generation of games was originally debuting, I remember seeing a game called 'Interstellar Marines'. They had a couple of flashy trailers, and I thought "oh thats pretty cool, very next-gen graphics like!" (looking back on them they look a bit... out-dated, actually). Then I didn't hear anything from the game for another 3 years. I quickly dismissed it, presuming it was cancelled.
Then, out of the blue, they suddenly release a new trailer [http://www.gametrailers.com/video/the-vault-interstellar-marines/57316]. Though by this point I've completely lost my interest in the game (its just generic shooter 101 as far as I'm concerned now), it was nice to know the project was still actually going on.
Are there any games like this, that you thought were cancelled until you suddenly find out something new about it (other than... you know... Duke Nukem...)? Are there any games that you saw ages ago that you hope is still being developed? Share your opinions and experience!
