L4D was quite the surprise. I thought it looked lame and was not interested, but got it because it had split-screen and I figured my roommate and I could play together. It's one of my favorites now.Assassinator said:Fallout 3, L4D and AoC. I got the first 2 because I was terribly bored, without any pretenses. I knew that Fallout 3 was much like Oblivion, wich I never really gotten into, and I thought L4D would get boring quick with it's véry limited amount of levels. O boy how was I wrong with both games. I bought AoC because I wanted to check out if it was réally that bad, and it was just 15 euro's anyway. And I ended up liking it a lot, I was playing a HoX and the melee system was really fun to play. I haven't subbed though, I couldn't get into it for too long. That's not AoC's fault though, I just can't get into MMO's anymore (though I see myself playing EVE).
I concur, I got Crackdown as a tester for a friends chinese Xbox i was fixing, and I must say, it was an incredibly fun ride.llewgriff said:Crackdown, I bought it for the Halo 3 beta however I found myself spending all my time in crackdown kicking cars off the highway and running really fast and jumping really far. Plus co op is the icing on the cake.
Yeah. People went in expecting a KotOR or Republic Commando quality game, but it's unfair to expect every game to be that stellar. I felt it did what it set out to do, and it did so well.Chief565 said:The Force unleashed got a lot of bad press but I didn't mind it probably because I expected a hack and slash and that's what I got. Also I thought it had a decent story better then 1, 2 and 3
