Games you tried that were suprisingly fun

Earth Defense Force 2017 Doesn't look very fun but trust me when you play it the first time you will be hooked to it.

The Sims 2. I despised the first Sims, because my girlfriend couldn't get enough of it - leading to a significant decrease in my wealth, all thanks its ungodly expansion packs being pumped out every few months. On top of that I also didn't like the gameplay much either.
Funnily enough, a few years ago I played The Sims 2 at a friend's house and really enjoyed it! And it was quite enjoyable leading innocent sims into a pool and removing the ladder.

Sometimes the Grim Reaper took a dump in my toilet. Best glitch ever.

Star Wars: KOTOR - it came with my original Xbox so I wasn't expecting much... it's my favorite game of all time.

Star Wars: Republic Commando - that game turned out to be a ton o' fun!

WoW - A friend let me borrow his CD's and try the trial, I decided to just for the heck of it... now my life is gone.

Killer 7 for me. I started playing and had one of those big WTF?! moments when I was basicly hurled into it like someone being tossed by a bouncer from a nightclub And had no idea what was going on. The rail system was simplistic, but once I got into it I found it very enjoyable with it's storyline, visuals, characters and gameplay

All Suda 51 games seem to be a strange amount of fun

Yeh, isn't he the dude that made no more heroes on wii, and that other wierd-looking game on ds and summat else on ps3?
Lol i sound like an idiot, i know the games i mean i just forgot the names. His games always seem a little out of hte ordinary, like no more heroes....wtf caused him to come up with the idea of a ordinary guy suddenly getting a beam katana and taking down some random assassins all to have sex with some girl who dies anyway? When i play suda 51's games, i feel as though i am trippin

The Force Unleashed = I was very suprised at how good this actually was, I love the force.
Eternal Sonata, I didn't really know what to expect, I had a feeling it was going to be one of the awful J-RPGs, but...it's my favourite now.

I was expecting yet another boring MMO like WAR, but instead it turned out the be the best MMO ever.

lol I got to try Neverwinter nights 2 for the first time a couple weeks ago. It's a very decent game, the only big problem is the "pant on head retarded" camera and a couple minor problems that can be overlooked. Otherwise it was worth playing.
