Jak and Daxter franchise. Just imagining the world in HD is making me salivate. I don't think it will NEVER happen, but Naughty Dog seems pretty wrapped up in Uncharted unless someone else picks it up (like Sanzaru did with Sly).

Ratchet and Clank's PS2 games would be nice, but I don't think they would benefit as much as J&D.

I'd say Touhou Project, but the minimalism in the character sprites and errors in the portraits are part of its indie charm or something like that. So instead, I'll nominate Sonic Adventure: if they make it look as good as Colours or Generations, Sega might well be able to get at least a decent chunk of their 50 million back. On the voice acting side, Sonic has never had a really good voice cast, so maybe an option for Ryan or Roger? (And even though I like Jason better than both of them, I know he was never part of that game, so...)
