I know a lot of people have already said this, but I'm kind of excited about Fallout: New Vegas. I wanted Mass Effect 3 as soon as I finished my "real" playthrough of 2.

However, what is really killing me is the 24 hours before I get to step into the wonderfully murderous, doesn't-give-a-flying-fornication shoes of my favorite game character, Sam Fisher. I WANT SPLINTER CELL: CONVICTION, AND I WANT IT NAO!!!

Well, there's a bunch of games that I haven't played yet due to being busy trying not to fail University.

But after Bioshock 2, Fallout GOTY and the GTA episodes, probably Fable 3.
